企业组织创新绩效评价指标体系研究

【摘要】 组织创新和技术创新、产品创新、市场创新等一样是企业创新的内容之一。创新活动被企业高度重视并相继开展,使得创新绩效评价工作变得迫切而重要。本文关注于企业组织创新绩效的评价,在相关理论回顾的基础上,依据行为和结果绩效理论,从企业组织创新改变企业员工的行为方式并进而影响组织绩效的机理分析入手,分析企业组织创新绩效的特点,提出企业组织创新绩效评价应从行为和结果两个方面来进行。并尝试根据评价对象和评价目的用逻辑推衍法构建了企业组织创新绩效评价指标体系。在文章的最后根据企业组织创新绩效的特点和所构建的评价指标体系的特点,建议用模糊综合评价法对企业组织创新绩效进行评价。

【Abstract】 Organization innovation is one of enterprise innovation just like technology innovation, product innovation and market innovation. It is necessary and important to appraise the performance of innovation when all kinds of innovation are upsurge. Dissertation focuses on the appraisal of the performance of enterprise organization innovation. On the basis of reviewing of correlate theory, disseration analyzes how to form organization innovation performance. And then analyze the characters of organization innovation’s performance. Dissertation puts forward that organization innovation performance should be appraised from behavior and result. Dissctation also provides a system of index to appraise the performance of organization innovation. Finally, fizzy comprehensive evaluation is suggested to appraise the performance of enterprise organization innovation.
