【Abstract】 This article expounds that the key point of the reformation of the state-run enterprise is how to handle the relationship of the property right, taking the reformation of Handan No.2 Cotton Textile Co.Ltd as an example. The enterprise should be an economic substance with assuming sole responsibility for its profits or losses, with self-management, self-binding force and with self-development, which can really be suited to the market economic development. Should the enterprise establish the modern managing system of the enterprise and standardize the management of the legal person according to the requirment of "clear property right, clear between right and responsibility, the government being separate with the enterprise and scientific management." Handan No.2 Cotton Textile Co.Ltd has established a modern enterprise with diversified capital stocks taking the newly-built project of OE rotor spinning machine as the main equipment, marching on by the way of adoping the new projects and new managing system. The practice of the self-reformation of the enterprise has offered an example of the reformation of the state-run enterprises.更多还原
