镇钛公司的营销策略研究

【摘要】 本文从分析国际国内钛白粉市场行情入手,结合本公司的实际,确立了公司的发展战略和差异化的营销战略。围绕公司的营销战略,结合营销理论,着重从管理产品线、品牌和包装,设计价格,选择营销渠道,广告、销售促进和公共关系,贴牌销售,企业策划,客户服务,销售队伍建设,营销创新等方面制定比较可行的营销策略。既有理论指导,又有一定的实用性,既立足于目前,确保在市场上占据主动,又着眼于未来,确保公司进一步做强做大,对镇钛公司的生存和发展有一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 The thesis starts with the analysis of TiO2 situation on domestic and outside markets, on the basis of practical situation of our company, which establishes the company’s development strategy and differential marketing strategy. Around marketing strategy, it puts forward feasible marketing strategy by applying marketing theory, such as management of product line, product brand and packing, pricing design, choice of marketing channel, advertisement, promotion of sales, public relations, OEM sales, company planning, customer service, construction of sales team and marketing innovation. The strategy stands on present market to ensure keeping advantage, and aims at future changes of market to ensure our company getting stronger. It gives a guideline to the survival and development of Zhenjiang TiO2 company, not only theoretically but also practically.
