光合细菌处理染料废水的研究

【摘要】 本论文针对南京某化工企业的染料废水,利用光合细菌耐盐、耐毒性强的特点对其在染料废水中的应用进行了研究,探索了“预处理→固定化光合细菌+固定化反应器”的处理工艺。用微电解法对染料废水进行预处理,出水的COD和色度去除率分别达到60%和80%以上。生物处理阶段主要进行了光合细菌的培养,分离和驯化,并在对比了多种固定化方法后选择了PVA冷冻法对光合细菌进行固定化处理。最后用自制的固定化生物反应器填充PVA冷冻法小球进行实际染料废水的处理实验,停留时间为12小时,出水COD为350~450mg/L,达到国家三级排放标准。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the treatment of dying industrial wastewater by photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) and a new process: Iron Aluminum Carbon micro-electrolysis immobilized PSB + immobilized biological reactor was investigated. Aluminum powder was added into the normal carbon micro-electrolysis technology, the new technology could remove 60% of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and over 80% of Chromaticity Color(CC). Several immobilization methods were compared. And the Circulatory Freezing and Thawing method of PVA was optimal. The immobilized biological reactor with immobilized PSB treating dying wastewater could get good removal effect, the COD in the effluent was less than 450 mg/L when the hydraulic retention time of the reactor was 12 hours, achieving the third level of Discharge Standard on Dying Industry In China.
