太阳能草坪割草机关键技术的研究

【摘要】 本论文主要研究太阳能草坪割草机能量管理系统、遥控系统和整机调节嵌入式系统的设计和实现,详尽介绍系统的结构、工作原理及性能,着重阐述了各系统中的软、硬件设计和系统之间通信程序的开发。在深入研究太阳能电池和蓄电池两者匹配关系的基础上,提出能量管理通用充放电平台的概念,在此平台上可实现各种蓄电池的充放电控制。同时,此机采用了遥控系统,改变了传统的人工割草的方式,不仅提高了劳动生产率,而且大大地降低了工作人员的劳动强度。为了使各个系统达到通用性和灵活性,整机采用了基于CAN总线的分布式控制结构,在ARM微处理器上实现嵌入式操作系统,对整机调节与监控。
【Abstract】 This thesis mainly discusses the design and operation of the energy management system , the remote control system and the embedded modulation system of the solar mower ,fully introduces the structure , working principle and the function of the above systems ,and it also focuses much on the design of the hardware and software in all the systems and the development of the communications setting between the systems. By researching the capability between the solar battery and storage battery, it brings forward a new concept- the energy management system for charging and discharging all kinds of storage battery. Besides, such a remote-controlled mower changes the traditional way of mowing. It not only increases the productivity, but also weakens the labor intensity for the workers. To improve the aptness and the flexibility of all the systems, it adopts a control system based on the distribution of the CAN bus, and the embedded operation system is applied to the ARM MPU (Micro-Processor Unit), which regulates and controls the whole mower.
