丝杠磨削在线补偿实时预报算法分析与研究

【摘要】 本文作为“丝杠磨削在线自动补偿系统”的一部分,从分析螺纹磨削入手,对滚珠丝杠的磨削精度进行了详细地分析,确定了本系统所采用的误差补偿技术的方案,从而对螺纹磨床在线自动补偿磨削系统进行了整体设计,对本系统所实现的功能作了说明。 本论文在比较多种误差补偿技术中所采用的实时控制算法基础上,提出了时间序列法作为本系统所采用的实时预报控制算法,对时间序列法进行了较详细地理论分析,为了验证时间序列法在本系统中的可行性,作者运用VB6.0编制了时间序列法的仿真程序,在仿真实验中,通过对前期在生产中所采集的大量实测数据的运行仿真,得到了大量预报误差曲线和实测误差曲线,通过对仿真结果的分析,证明了时间序列法应用于本系统的正确可行性,为下一步本系统的研制工作打好了基础。

【Abstract】 As a part of the online compensating system of ball screw grinding, begining with analyzing thread grinding, The grinding precision of ball screw is detailedly analyzed, The technology project of error compensation which is used in this system is ascertained, Thus general design for on-line automatic compensating system of ball screw grinding machine is putted forward, The function of the system is illuminated.On the basis of comparing a variety of real time control algorithms which is used in error compensating technology project, The method of time series as a real time control algorithm which is used in the system is propounded, The method of time series is analyzed in detail on theory. In order to verify feasibility of the method of time series in the system, the emulator of the method of time series is designed in VB6.0.In emulational experiment, a great deal of measured data which is collected in production is simulated, And a lot of prediction error curve and measured error curve are gained. The simulated result proves feasibility of the method of time series used in the system. The research prepares for further study.
