串—并联式气袋抛射器两相流内弹道构模

【摘要】 本文对子母弹囊式燃烧室—高低压室抛撒机构建立了一维两相流混合数学模型,并且对模型进行了数值模拟。主要研究内容如下: (1)在燃烧室建立了一维两相流物理模型,在高压室和低压室建立了一维单相流模型,在气囊建立了零维模型。并且考虑到了很多在抛撒过程中的辅助方程,如相间阻力、相间传热等。 (2)籍助多种差分方法对物理模型进行数学求解,用C语言编写了模拟整个抛撒过程的程序。经过对模拟结果与实验结果的对比发现,两相流混合模型较好的体现了燃烧室、高压室和低压室压力变化的整个过程。 (3)在建立的两相流混合模型的基础上,改变模型的初始参数,研究改变参数对抛撒过程的影响规律。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a mixed one-dimension and two-phase flow mathematical model of gas projector, and describes the process with numerical simulation. The main points of the paper are as follows: (l)One dimension and two-phase flow model is found in combustion chamber, one dimension flow model is found in both high-pressure chamber and low-pressure chamber, zero dimension model in airbag. Adding with some constitute formulas which describe many factors, such as resistance between two-phase, heat exchange between two-phase, are used.(2)The physical models are solved by some of difference schemes, the routing of simulation is programmed with C-language. Comparison with test result, it indicates that two-phase flow mixed model is better than another two former models. (3) Influences of the original parameters on the process are analyzed.
