【摘要】 项目评估，是以社会国民经济投资领域的投资项目为评估对象，以科学的理论和方法来评价投资项目的一种项目管理手段。作为项目管理的重要组成部分，项目评估的正确、准确与否对于项目管理的成功是非常关键的。本文意图通过对一个投资项目的案例分析，利用项目评估方法和技术对选题进行一定程度的研究分析，确立项目评估在现代企业经济管理活动中的重要地位，探讨项目评估过程、方法，提高项目管理水平。本文不同于理论性的评估报告，主要着眼于项目评估理论的推广和实践，旨在对项目的项目投资方提出有建设性的投资意见。 美国著名学者David Cleland说：在应付全球化的市场变动中，项目管理将起到关键性的作用。这一动向提醒我们在高度重视企业管理现代化的同时，需要给予项目管理应有的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Project evaluation is a kind of method, which is established to evaluate the investment projects by scientific theories and means. As the most important part of project management, project evaluation is the key point for the success of one investment. Therefore, author is attempting to clarify the importance of project evaluation in the enterprise management’s activities by analyzing one project investment case. And this essay is different from the academic evaluation report, but to emphasis on the spread of project evaluation’s theory into practice and to put forward some constructive suggestions for the investors of this project.A famous American scholar, David Cleland ever said: project management will take an important role in adapting the rapid change of the globalization market.
