控制网络与管理信息网络的系统集成研究与设计

【摘要】 全球化和日益激烈的竞争提高了对信息系统全集成解决方案的要求。信息系统全集成解决方案的最终目的就是要实现连续信息流,只有将数据信息从产品级(基础自动化级)提出,经过控制监控层,送到管理层,才能实现这一目标。本文主要阐述了现场总线的基本特性和基本功能,阐述了采用西门子公司的相关软硬件产品,如CP5613通信卡、WinAC、WinCC和STEP 7软件系统等,构造一个基于PC的Profibus总线控制系统,实现相应的组态、编程。在此系统之上,通过分析控制网络与企业信息网络可能的网络互连方式,采用Windows系统下成熟的编程技术,提出和实现两种网络的互连方案。同时也给出了基于DDL中间件实现Web三层结构程序设计的应用程序的开发实例。

【Abstract】 The world turned to increase with increasingly vigorous competition to the system complete works the request of the solution. Complete works the end purpose of the solution is to toes realizes the consecution information flow. Only have to take out from the product class (foundation automation class) the data information, cut through the operation control class, send to reach to manage the class, then can realize this target. This article introduces the basic characteristic and function about the filedbus, adoption SIMENS’s software and hardware products. For instance CP5613 communication card, WinAC, WinCC, STEP7 system software, etc.. Designing a system in control of profibus filedbus base on PC , realizing configuration and programming. By analyzing network-interconnecting methods on control network and enterprise information network, adoption windows perfect programming technique, network system interconnecting is realized. The program illustration about Web three-tier structure programming base on DDL middleware in the mean.
