【摘要】 丁香花(Syinga Linn.)是1988年被评为哈尔滨市市花，在我市有悠久的栽培历史，以其花的芳香而著称，丁香花是我国特别是北方人民很熟悉的花木之一。丁香在植物学上属木犀科丁香属。 我国是丁香属的自然分布中心，同时也是丁香栽培的起源中心。我国原产的丁香有27种，其中22种为中国特有。其颁布地集中在秦岭和川藏地区。云南产6种1变种，亦不算少。其余，欧洲产2种，亚洲其他国家产4种，美洲则无天然分布。 我国主栽的丁香以紫丁香、白丁香、暴马丁香、为主，还有蓝丁香、四季丁香，以及花香远溢的巧玲花(小叶丁香)和花序下垂如藤萝的垂丝丁香等。 丁香分为两大类：一类供观赏的，称为北丁香；一类供药用或香料的称为南丁香。丁香花淡红或淡紫的花朵，芳香浓郁，泌人心脾，使人倍感大自然赋予的温馨。丁香的适应性强花形优美，观赏价值很大。据资料报道，丁香花为异花授粉植物，根据丁香花的花器构造：花筒长，雄蕊无花丝而紧贴于花筒内壁上，位于花冠内部，花柱很短，只有自花授粉植物特征。 丁香花蕾含挥发油即丁香油，油中主要含有丁香油酚等，花中还含有三萜化合物如齐墩果酸、黄酮等。丁香水浸液对黄癖菌，白色念珠菌等多种致病真菌均有抑制作用。丁香具有健胃作用，5％丁香油酚乳剂可使胃粘膜分泌显著增加，而酸度则不增加，丁香油(少量滴入)可消龋齿腔，从而减轻牙痛。祖国医学以为，丁香辛温、有温胃、暖肾、祛风胜湿，降逆之功效。能治疗呃逆、呕吐、反胃、泻痢、脘腹冷痛、风湿痛、疝气、痃癖、癣疾。 丁香的萌动期和展叶期比较一致，分别为4月10日左右和4月下旬至“五·一”节前后，仅垂丝丁香约晚了10天。而落叶期则集中于“十·一”节前后，唯有什锦丁香比其它品种推迟约15天。从开花日期看，香雪最早为5月10日，北京丁香最晚为6月13日，前后相差1个多月，花期日数从13至24天不等。另外晚花型丁香还有西南丁香，开花期为6月8日。再加上丁香有二次开花现象，如蓝丁香、什锦丁香都属于多季花型丁香，这为人们安排不同季节观花提供了充分的选择余地。是什么原因促使丁香攀比期有如此的差异。 本论文就其芳香气味物质的收集与分析的方法及其成分和含量的测定问题进行研究，进行定性和定量。 本实验测得花香物11种，特别是对8号、10号色谱峰和暴马丁香主峰的鉴定，它们分别是正十一烷、正十三烷和癸烷并提出的见解即丁一香花的挥发油香味浓郁绵长与高级烷烃的存在有关，因此丁香花具有浓郁持久的香味。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clove(Syinga Linn.)was elected for the city flower of Harbin in 1988. It’ s planted in our city for a long time. It’ s famous for its aroma. The clove is the most popular plant to the national especially northern.Our country is the center of the nature geography distributing of the clove, and is the origin center place for planting the clove. There 27 breeds of lilca was origin from our country,22 of which can only find in china.
