水泥混凝土路面板下脱空封堵技术研究

【摘要】 近几年来随着公路建设的发展,我省水泥混凝土路面的公路里程逐年增加,目前在我省已建成的水泥混凝土公路中,已有部分公路在使用周期内就已出现了各种病害,有的已严重影响了其正常的使用功能。尤其是由板下脱空引起的断板、错台、桥头搭板塌陷等病害越来越引起重视,如何保持良好的行车路况,减少肇事,延长其使用寿命,发挥其功效,是当前公路管理部门面临的迫切问题。目前我国及世界各国普遍采用板下封堵技术对水泥混凝土板下脱空进行加固治理。 本文通过我省建成较早的哈阿公路的现场勘察测试判断水泥混凝土路面及桥头搭板的脱空机理,以文克勒地基假定模型为基础的威斯特卡德刚性路面板力学计算公式及三维实体有限元法,求解出未脱空水泥混凝土路面板的理论标准弯沉值,以此标准图,系统地研究了水泥混凝土路面板的脱空机理,开发应用贝克曼梁式弯沉仪和SIR-10路面探地雷达对水泥混凝土路面桥头搭板脱空状况进行定量的评定,并利用实验室的研究,进行现场实验,提出一套有效的评定方法及水泥混凝土路面板下脱空封堵工艺。
【Abstract】 The mileage of concrete highways in our province increased year after year with the development of highways construction in recent years. At present, all kinds of damage have appeared in parts of highways that have been paved within their employed periods in our province, some have seriously affect their natural performance, especially the damage of depression caused by disslocation, it has given rise to more and more recognition. It is an urgent problem for the highway management that how to maintain highways’ fine status, reduce troubles, extend their employed lives, play their efficacy, creat method was adopted generally in our country and other nations.The concrete concrete pavement academic standard deflection value and standard graphic are obtained by the H.M.Westergaard mechanical formulas on the basic of Winker foundation model and three dimension entity finite element method by way of estimating concrete concrete pavement disslocation at the Ha-a highway locale, concrete concrete pavement disslocation mechanism was systematically researched, an effective assessable method and fill under disslocation concrete concrete pavement technicology were presented using laboratory’s research to make live experiments.
