【摘要】 随着我国正式加入世界贸易组织(WTO)，改革开放的进一步深化，我国经济正处于飞速发展时期，在各种领域投资的数量及额度都大大超过以往，项目及其管理也越来越复杂。然而，作为企业管理者，无论这项工作如何复杂，也无法回避其必要性和重要性。本文的创作正是试图在设计项目计划管理这方面进行尝试。 本章主要对以下的内容进行了分析研究： 1．在研究项目计划管理理论的基础上，强调了在项目中实施计划管理的必要性和重要性。 2．对日田公司除草剂生产线建设项目进行了分析和研究。 3．针对日田公司除草剂生产线建设项目的各个方面和环节，设计了较为完整的管理计划方案。 全文以项目计划管理理论为依托，对日田公司除草剂生产线建设项目计划管理的设计方案进行了详尽阐述。设计出了较为完整的范围、进度、费用、质量、人员、沟通、风险、采购管理计划，虽然文中大部分的分析及研究尚停留在较为肤浅的层面：希望对国内从事类似项目管理的同行在编制管理计划时有一定的参考、借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the entrance of China to WTO in due form, the further deepening of reform and opening up, and the rapid development of Chinese economy, the investment volume and quota in all fields of economy will exceed enormously those before now, and the projects and its managements will become more and more complicated. Being a enterprise manager, no one can neg 日田 ct the necessity and importance of the work, no matter how complicated it is. The aim of this thesis is just a try of the author in project plan management.In this thesis, the author mainly discussed the following contents in detail.A. Based on the study of the theories of project plan management, emphasized the necessity and the importance to execute the plan management in the project.B. Analyzed and study the construction of weedicide product line of Ri Tian Company.C. Designed the comparatively practical project plan management for the construction of weedicide project line of Ri Tian. CompanyUnder the direction of the project plan management theory, the author elaborated the designing procedures of the construction of weedicide project line scheme for Ri Tian.
