【摘要】 随着国民经济持续、快速、健康的发展，我国的高速公路事业进入了一个蓬勃发展的时期，如何对进入运营阶段的高速公路进行运营评价和经济分析，总结高速公路建设与管理的经验已经成为一个比较突出的问题。 高速公路运营评价和经济分析是高速公路建设项目后评价工作中重要的一部份，论文首先介绍了高速公路运营评价及经济分析国内外研究现状及其意义，高速公路运营评价和经济分析是高速公路基本建设程序的重要组成部分，是管理周期中不可缺少的信息反馈环节，对全面总结项目前期工作，提高高速公路建设项目决策、设计、施工和运营管理水平具有重要的意义，它已经成为全面、客观衡量项目前期工作，提高项目效益的重要手段；论文研究了高速公路运营评价和经济分析的基本内容、程序和评价指标，阐述了交通量预测在高速公路运营评价中的必要性，并在经济分析方面进行了理论研究；然后以成都至都江堰高速公路为案例，通过大量的调查对该高速公路的运营情况、收入、费用等方面进行了评价和分析，并提出了相关建议。 论文重点对高速公路运营评价和经济分析的理论方法进行了研究，提出了其所包含的主要内容、研究思路，研究分析了通行能力和服务水平的计算方法，建立了运营评价指标体系，对于运营评价中的交通量预测的重要性进行了阐述，并探讨了高速公路经济分析所需采用的指标，提出了一套比较适用且不复杂的高速公路经济分析的内容、指标及方法，最后对高速公路收费标准的调整进行了分析。对于高速公路运营管理的实践工作具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the long-term construction and development of economy of all countries in the world, the expressway has been the symbol of modern society. How to process the assessment of highway construction project, summar experience of highway construction and management have come to be a protrudent problem. Management assessment and economical analysis of expressway is an important part in the post assessment of highway construction project. Firstly, the research actuality and signification of management assessment and economical analysis of expressway were analyzed. It was an important part in expressway construction project, and has an important signification to improve expressway management. The main idea, procedure and idex system were studied in this thesis, and the importance of traffic forecast in expressway management and economical idex system were analyzed. Then the management, income and cost of Chengdu-Dujianyan Expressway were studied and analyzed, some related proposed was put forward.The theory and means of management assessment and economical analysis of highway construction project were studied in this thesis, the calculating methods of capacity and service level were studied and analyzed, and the idex system of the management assessment was established. The importance of traffic forecast and the idex system in economical analysis were studied in this thesis. The idex system and method in economical analysis were established. It has a direct signification to the practice of expressway management.更多还原
