电力机车分布式逻辑控制与检测单元的研究

【摘要】 随着机车速度的不断提高,对机车运行的可靠性、安全性及高效性提出了更高的要求,电力机车有触点继电器控制系统将越来越不适应铁路高速和重载发展的需要。本文作者开展的韶山3型电力机车分布式逻辑控制与检测单元研究工作:一方面,用功率场效应管、IGBT等电力电子元器件代替中间继电器直接驱动电磁接触器等控制线圈绕组,保证各种控制命令的可靠执行;另一方面,用计算机软件实现机车各种电器的逻辑联锁关系和故障诊断,保障机车安全行驶。论文从以下几个方面介绍了韶山3B型电力机车分布式逻辑控制与检测单元研究的技术路线和开发过程: (1)深入现场调研电力机车有触点控制系统的运行情况和存在的问题; (2)了解国内外电力机车控制技术的发展趋势和电力机车主要控制设备; (3)综合分析比较相关信息,提出了便于安装维护的电力机车分布式逻辑控制单元和检测单元的设计思想; (4)通过技术细化,选择了成本低廉、通信可靠的现场总线——CAN; (5)对韶山3B型电力机车控制电路进行了认真的消化和理解,推导出逻辑控制单元梯形图,建立了控制模型。 (6)根据铁道部车载控制设备相关技术标准,设计研制了逻辑控制单元样机; (7)充分利用实验室和其它地面条件,验证设计的正确性,完善样机功能; (8)具有实用、可靠、先进的分布式逻辑控制单元实现了在韶山3B型电力机车上装车运行考核。

【Abstract】 Along with the locomotive speed of continuously increase, reliability, safety and high efficiency is demanded. Relay control system of the electric locomotive will is less and less adapt to the railway high speed and heavy load. The author researches the distributed logic control and detecting unit of the SS3B electric locomotive. On the other hand, make use of power MOS and IGBT electric power electronics device instead of the middle relay; On the other hand, realizes with the locomotive logic interlock and failure diagnosis by software. The technique line and developing process of the SS3B electric locomotive distributed logic control and detecting unit is introduced from a few aspects in the thesis.(1) Investigating movement circumstance and existing problem of the electric locomotive relay control system by the scene.(2) Understand the development’s trend and equipments of the electric locomotive control technique from the domestic and international.(3) Synthesize the related information, and bring up design thought of the electric locomotive distributed logic control anddetecting unit.(4) Choosing the low cost and dependable fieldbus- CAN.(5) Deducing the logic control unit trapezoid diagram, and establish the control model.(6) According to the related technique standard, design and manufacture the prototype of the logic control unit.(7) Experimenting verification the design accuracy, and perfecting function of the prototype in the laboratory.(8) Running and examining the electric locomotive distributed logic control with mounting on SS3B electric locomotive.
