【摘要】 中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)后，国有施工企业要实现持续健康发展，应了解世界贸易组织的宗旨和基本原则，以及企业所面对的机遇和挑战，确立企业适应WTO的管理理念和管理素质。本文从国有施工企业的现状和特点出发，提出了在加入世贸组织后，促进施工企业持续健康发展的关键是强化企业的三大效益，即：以扩大企业生产规模为重点的规模效益；以实现企业经济效益最大化为中心的边际效益；以促进企业长远发展为根本的无形效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 After China entered into WTO, state-owned engineering enterprises should learn the fundamental knowledge of WTO, face the opportunity and challenge and adapt to the environment of WTO, to keep sustainable and healthy development.Based on the reality and character, this dissertation suggests that the key to sustainable, healthy development of engineering enterprises is to strengthen three benefits: scale benefit; marginal benefit; invisible benefit.更多还原
