浩伦农科资本运营研究

【摘要】 福州浩伦农业科技集团是我国在香港创业板首批上市的股份制民营企业。该公司在香港上市不久，又成功地成为第一家从创业板转入主板的企业，从而引起人们的广泛关注。纵观其发展过程，资本运营起着至关重要的作用。本文在资本运营的理论基础上，结合该企业资本运营的全过程，对企业如何进行资本运营、建立成功的资本运营模式展开探讨。 本文首先从浩伦农科资本运营的实际操作内容入手，根据我国加入WTO前后我国农业产业的客观情况，结合企业资本运营和企业管理的相关理论。对浩伦农科公司战略的制定和资本运营的成效性进行了深入的分析，进而总结其资本运营模式的得失，并对其资本运营过程中存在的问题逐一提出针对性的解决措施。在此基础上管中窥豹，透过浩伦现象，探索中国民营企业资本运营的成功道路，从而为我国企业特别是民营企业的资本运营提供理论指导。通过本文，读者能够体会到一个企业的资本运营提供理论指导。通过本文，读者能够体会到一个企业的资本运营不仅仅在于制定符合环境要求的运营措施，还应把资本运营与行业的具体特点、企业的实力和管理水平相结合，并进行有效的整合才能取得成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fuzhou Haolun Agrotech Holdings Limited is one of the private share enterprises which first come into the Growth Enterprise Stock Market in HongKong. It has also successfully become the first enterprise which transfer form Growth Enterprise Stock Market to Main board Stock Market soon after it came into the market. Hence it has drawn a lot of attention. Considering all its development history, we found out that the capital operation has already played great role. Based on the theory of capital operation, the author has discussed how tl enterprises handle the capital operation and how they establish successful capital operation modes.From the practical operation of Haolun grotech Holding Limited, the author has made deep analysis the making of strategy and the effectiveness of capital operation of the company; Furthermore, the author has also summarized its success and failure of the capital operation and proposed solutions on the problem which existed in the procedures of its capital operation. Through Haolun phenomena, the author has explored the successful road of the capital operation of Chinese private enterprises. The author believes that a successful capital operation is not only should rely on making the procedures which satisfied the requirement of environment, but also should combine capital operation and the perspective characteristic of the industry and the strength of the enterprises into enterprise management, and undergo the effective conformity.更多还原
