中国高等教育消费的经济分析及国际比较

【摘要】 鉴于高等教育消费在社会经济发展中的重要作用，以及我国高等教育消费理论与实践研究的滞后，笔者决定选择“中国高等教育消费的经济分析及国际比较”作为硕士论文题目。 论文的主要目的是为了丰富高等教育消费经济研究的理论分析框架，分析我国高等教育消费的发展现状，剖析高等教育消费存在的问题及其成因，并在借鉴性分析国外高等教育消费的基础上提出了我国高等教育消费的对策和建议。 论文的主要研究方法是采用了规范分析与实证分析相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合，在马克思主义经济学理论的基础上重点运用了消费经济学的理论工具，并广泛借鉴了社会学、教育学和教育经济学的一些研究方法。 论文的理论依据是：应用了消费者行为理论、人力资本理论、新增长理论、教育成本分担理论，利用这些理论对我国高等教育消费问题进行分析。 论文的研究思路是：对高等教育消费的分析从以下几个角度展开，包括对教育消费理论基础的探究；在把高等教育消费作为“商品”重新定位的基础上分析了高等教育消费的影响因素；以及如何把理论研究与我国高等教育消费的实践相结合的问题。 论文的主要观点是：根据对消费理论的研究，通过对国外高等教育消费实践的探讨和借鉴，根据我国高等教育消费的现状，对当前高等教育消费的成因进行了分析，提出了六点对策，包括要积极探索高等教育办学模式，扩大高等教育供给，满足公众不断增长的高等教育消费需求;改善收入分配状况，提高高等教育消费水平;发展劳动力市场，促进高等教育消费;建立对弱势群体的补偿制度，进一步完善助学保障制度，加大对贫困学生的资助力度;深化经济体制改革，引导居民消费行为;确保高等教育消费保持适度超前发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In light of the importance of higher education consumption(HEC) in the social and economic development, and of the relative laggardness of the theoretical research and practice in this regard in our country, I select "economic analyse and international comparison of Chinese higher education consumption" as the subject of my master degree thesis. The purpose of this paper is to broaden the framework of the HEC research, analyse the current state of Chinese HEC development, the exsisting problems and their causes, and after consulting the experiences of the advanced countries in this respect, to put forward some advices and suggest some measures to boost the development of Chinese HEC. As to the analytical methods adopted in this paper, I combine value and positive analysis, quantitive and qualitive analysis, adopt the analytical tools from the consumption economics and some others from sociology, pedagogy, and educational economics.The theoretical bases of this paper are consisted of consumer behavioral theories, human capital theories, new economic growing theories, educational cost sharing theories.The argument pursue the following threads: the exploration of the rationale for HEC research; on the basis of redefmation of HEC as a commodity, explore the influencing factors for HEC; how to combine the theoretical and practical sides of HEC research.After consulting the status quo of HEC development abroad and at home, I analysed the exsisting problems and their causes in Chinese HEC development, and on the basis of which, I put forth six suggestions: explore new educational models to increase the supply of educational resources, meeting the ever rising demand; improve income distribution to increase consumption capabilities; Develop labor market to boost higher educational demand; Establish relieve systems to alleviate the financial burdens of the poorer students and their parents; Strengthen economic system reform and steer the consumer behavior to correct direction.
