陕西重型机器厂重兴电炉公司项目管理体系研究

【摘要】 项目管理是第二次世界大战后期发展起来的,项目管理在20世纪60年代初,就引入了我国,在国民经济各个部门试点应用,当时将这种方法命名为“统筹法”。组织有意或无意都会将管理理论用于所运作的项目中。本文在理论部分,论述了项目管理的定义和特点,如复杂性,创造性和项目的生命周期。及项目管理的重要性和项目成功的含义。在实践部分,以陕西重型机器厂重兴电炉公司为研究对象。描述了陕西重型机器厂重兴电炉公司实施项目管理过程中取得的收益和遇到的问题。重点分析了陕西重型机器厂重兴电炉公司的多级项目管理体系,项目管理的责权体系,项目过程模型,经验积累与过程改进,项目经理的作用。主要探讨其项目体系的可借鉴性。根据其经验,通过分析传统制造型企业的组织结构和运作流程的优缺点,对传统制造型企业提出企业项目化管理的建议。分析国内制造型企业面临的挑战和装备制造企业的特征分析,对其提出组织再造,建立混合矩阵管理组织的建议。
【Abstract】 The Project Management had been developed after the World WarII happened. It, which was named "plan as a whole" in that time, was introduced to our China in 1960s, and was applied to different parts of national economy. Some organization will apply management theory to the running project consciously or unconsciously. This paper elaborates the definition and characteristic of Project Management on theories. Such as complexity, creativity, lifecycle of the projects, the importance and successful signification of Project Management. It describes what are the benefits and problems when Shannxi heavy machinery factory arc furnace corp. operated the Project Management, and stresses on analyzing the Multi-rank Project Management System, authority system, course model, experience accumulation, and function of manager of this firm, it discusses that how to use it as reference. According to their experience, it will give some advise to traditional manufactured enterprise by analyzing the configuration and operating process of advantages and disadvantages. It analyzes the challenge of domestic manufacturing enterprise and characteristics of equip manufacture enterprise in order to bring forward to some advice about form rebuild, and erect mixmatrix management organization.
