【摘要】 住宅的研究是复杂而宽泛的。住宅围护体的研究涉及到影响其形成和最终形态的各因子，包括安全防御、遮风挡雨、材料的利用、技术的进步、生产方式、文化的适应等。围护体的形态是如何形成的?在当今倡导可持续发展的生态精神下，又该走向何方?该文的研究着重解决“综合性绿色生态社区”营建与建设中的“建造中的人文生态策略”。体现建造是一种文化的生态适应。 论文的主要内容如下：文章第一部分是从宏观的角度论述住宅围护体构成形态的发展线索。包括住宅围护体的原始形态和拓扑形态，以及受西方近、现代建筑思潮影响下的住宅围护体形态。根据这条线索，我们发现住宅围护体构成形态的演变在不同时期受到不同因素的不同程度的影响，而有几个方面对其影响和制约是深远的。所以在文章的第二部分着重探讨了几个方面的问题：气候观、物质观、技术观、经济观、文化观、生态观……，最后提出围护体构成形态相关因素的理论研究框架，为以后有关住宅围护体的研究提供理论参照。文章接下来对昆明住宅围护体的研究侧重于物质方面的具体研究，以期得到相应的设计策略。 第三章论述了昆明近20年来住宅围护体构成形态的变化。通过大量的调查问卷以及入户调查、访谈得到相关结论，发现昆明的住宅围护体在脱离人的实际需求方面存在问题，比如说‘反气候’的围护体设计，室内舒适度问题等。最后本文提出对策——一种昆明住宅围护体的人文生态设计策略。笔者将住宅的围护体根据室内和室外两种不同的观察角度，分为界面第一性和第二性。目的是为了提出一种“以人为本”的设计策略。第一性主要从气候和生活方式研究起，针对昆明的气候条件和人们的日常生活，从具体的构造、材料和建造方面改造现有的住宅围护体形态；第二性主要从城市、社会、文化角度，研究住宅围护体构成形态的形式问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The residential research is complicated and broad. The encircle-space research of residence involve some factors which affect its forming and ultimate appearance, including safety and defense , shelter from rain, use of material,advancement of technology, mode of producing , adaptation of culture and so on. Appearance of encircle-spaces how to become? Nowadays at the spirit bottom of initiating sustainable development, what we are going on? The research emphasizes "the humanities ecological strategies" which belong to construct and development of " the comprehensive green ecological community". Embodying construct is ecological adaptation of culture.The main contents of the thesis is as follows: The article first part is from the macroscopic angle to discuss the development clue of residence encircle-spaces, including original-form and developing-form, and residence encircle-spaces under the influence of modern architecture thoughts. According to this clue, we discover that some different factors affect residence encircle-space at the different degree under the different periods, but there are a few aspects that are profoundly. So the second part discuss several problems : climate , material , technology ,economical, cultural, ecological...., and finally put forward thetheories research frame of the residence encircle-spaces, providing theories reference for later the relevant residence encircle-spaces research .Following article is specific research of material to get corresponding design strategies.The third part talk about change of KunMing residence encircle-spaces since 20 years ago. From a lot of investigate papers and visit , getting some relevant conclusion, finding some problems that the design of residence encircle-spaces ignore people’s specific requirement, such as ’anti- climate’ design of encircle-spaces, and comfortable temperature of interior and so on.At last, the text puts forward the strategies---a kind ofhumanities design of KunMing residence encircle-spaces. According to different angle, from interior, author call residence encircle-spaces as boundary first aspect. And from outside, we call it as boundary second aspect. Purpose is for the sake of design strategies that put forward a kind of make people the center". First aspect, talking about climate and mode of living, in accordance with KunMing’s climate and people’s living conditions, remaking residence encircle-spaces now from specific material and construction.
