全封闭多盘湿式制动器的参数化特征实体造型及其数控编程

【摘要】 由于二维设计本身的缺陷和三维设计突出的优点,加上软硬件技术的逐步成熟和性能价格比的提高,机械CAD/CAM技术正逐步从二维CAD向直接的三维CAD转变,并进一步向实现三维CAD与数控编程为核心的CAM的一体化方向发展。为使三维CAD/CAM技术尽快成为机械设计与制造领域全面提升产品设计与制造水平的核心技术和主流技术,进一步加快对这一技术的研究和应用是我们面临的一项重要课题。 本文在查阅国内外文献资料的基础上,以近年来发展起来的全封闭多盘湿式制动器为对象,对三维CAD/CAM的理论和技术进行了研究和应用。在课题研究中,首先对全封闭多盘湿式制动器取代钳盘式制动器的可行性实施方案进行分析,并根据设计要求进行了必要的设计计算,从而确定各组成零件的几何形状及大小,为零件的三维实体造型提供必要的数据;然后利用solid Edge软件进行制动器中各零件的参数化和特征实体造型;再将组成制动器的各零件装配在一起并进行干涉检查形成装配体;最后由零件和部件的三维实体生成用于指导制动器生产的二维工程图。为云南驰宏锌锗股份有限公司生产全封闭多盘湿式制动器提交全部生产图纸。按此设计而加工的制动器运行情况良好,达到了制动系统改造的目的。在此基础上,还进一步对制动器典型零件的CAD/CAM集成技术和数控加工仿真进行了研究。 本文的研究和应用成果进一步说明了采用参数化特征实体造型与数控图形编程等三维CAD/CAM技术进行机械产品设计与制造的优越性,并提供了成功设计制动器及典型零件数控编程的范例,这对机械产品的设计和制造具有一定的参考作用和工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 Because of two-dimensional design’s disadvantages, three-dimensional design’ s obvious advantages, software technology’ s development and the rising ratio of the technology’ s function to price, machine CAD/CAM technology is changing from two-dimensional CAD to visual three-dimensional CAD and stepping into CAM unification with three-dimensional CAD and data program as its cores. Now, we are faced with an important subject, namely, propelling three-dimensional CAD/CAM technology to be core and mainstream technology to improve product design and manufacturing level in machine design and manufacture fields, together with study and use of the technology.According to some data home and abroad, this paper employs updated brake to introduce study and use of three-dimensional CAD/CAM’ s theory and technology. Firstly, the feasible scheme about latest brake replacing outdated one is analyzed; the designing is calculated according to the requirements; the components’ geometric shape and size are fixed. All of them provide indispensable data for the components’ three-dimensional mold. Secondly, solid Edge is used to get a parameter mold with the characteristics of brake’ s components. Thirdly, all the components are assembled and interference examination is made to form an assembling body. Lastly, the three-dimensional mold, made of components, turns out two-dimensional graph to direct the brake. All the product drawings of producing updated brake are provided for Yunnan Chihongxinzhe Co Ltd. Brake of this kind works well to meet the requirement of brake system’ s reformation. Besides, the paper further studies about CAD/CAM integrated technology and data processing emulation of brake’ s typical components.The paper’ s study and use result show the advantages of three-dimensional technology, such as mold characterized by parameters and data program, in machine product design and manufacture. Also, the paper offers good example of designing brake and data program, which provides reference and engineering use value to machine product’ s design and manufacture.
