内燃机活塞环-缸套摩擦过程研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究内燃机活塞环-缸套摩擦副作往复运动时的摩擦过程特性。活塞环与缸套间的摩擦功率损失是整个内燃机功率损失的重要部分,降低摩擦功耗,提高内燃机效率有重要意义。活塞环和缸套是内燃机的关键零部件,又是易磨损件,其摩擦学性能的好坏直接决定着内燃机质量的优劣。 本文首先论述了摩擦学有关基础理论和研究方法,特别针对内燃机活塞环-缸套摩擦学研究状况进行了重点阐述。深入探讨了活塞环-缸套之间摩擦过程的特点,结合试验要求,利用钻铣床作为试验台和动力源设计了一套试验装置。该装置用于活塞环-缸套作往复运动时的摩擦过程研究,可以进行多种不同参数的摩擦试验(变载荷、转速、润滑条件、摩擦元件等)。通过试验,对试验数据进行分析和有关计算,研究了活塞环-缸套的摩擦过程特性以及影响摩擦过程的一些因素,此外还对摩擦功耗进行了分析。本文得出的有关结论对内燃机活塞环-缸套的摩擦学设计有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The paper is mainly focused on the friction process between piston ring andcylinder when piston moving back and forth with cylinder. The friction between pistonring and cylinder is the primary factor of engine’s power loss. So, it is much meaningful to cut down the friction between piston ring and cylinder. Piston ring, which is apt to be worn out, is the key part of engine. The tribological character of piston ring and cylinder affects the capability of engine.Firstly, this paper discuss some fundamental theory and research ways about tribology and especially about friction between piston ring and cylinder. Then, this paper deeply studies the specialty and affective factors of friction between piston ring and cylinder. By studying the requirement of this experiment, I took drill machine as the base-table and the power, and then designed an experiment equipment that is can be used to research the friction process between piston ring and cylinder when piston moving back and forth with cylinder. The equipment can provide several friction experiments with different conditions such as variable load, variable revolving velocity, variable lubricant statement and friction parts. On the basis of experimental data, the character of the friction process between piston ring and cylinder and the factors which affect the friction process and power loss of piston and cylinder have been studied. These factors include the load and the material. At the same time I acquired some conclusions which will be useful for some people to do those tribological design.
