内燃机活塞环——缸套材料摩擦磨损性能研究

【摘要】 本论文主要研究活塞环-缸套材料的摩擦磨损。活塞环和缸套是内燃机的关键零部件,又是易磨损件,它的质量好坏直接决定着内燃机质量的优劣。 本论文首先论述了摩擦磨损的有关基础理论和研究方法,特别针对实验方法和实验手段作了较为详细的研究。然后深入探讨了活塞环-缸套之间的摩擦磨损的特点,结合有关试验机的设计方案,利用钻铣床作为实验台和动力源,自行设计了适用于研究活塞环-缸套之间摩擦磨损的实验和测量装置,丰富了实验手段,利用它可以设计进行多种工况、载荷、转速条件下的实验方案。通过正交实验,对利用该装置得出的实验结果进行分析,进行了两种材料的磨合过程分析,材料影响分析,载荷影响分析,转速影响分析,工况(润滑)影响分析。通过比较分析,得出了活塞环-缸套在不同条件下的摩擦磨损特性。本论文得出的活塞环-缸套材料的摩擦磨损特性,对实际生产有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The paper is mainly focused on the abrasion process between piston ring and cylinder. Piston ring, which is apt to be worn out, is the key part of engine. The quality of piston ring affects the capability of engine. Abrasion between piston and cylinder is mainly abrasive wear.After the discussion of some fundamental theory and research ways about abrasive wear, the paper deeply studies the mode and specialty of abrasion between piston ring and cylinder. By studying the design of other experiment machine, I took drill machine as the base and power, and then devised the measure equipment and experiment equipment that is can be used to research the friction and abrasion between piston ring and cylinder. The equipment provides more experiment ways. On the base of the equipment we can design more research project under variable condition, load and rotate speed. I analyzed the experiment results produced by the equipment and found it accorded with the wear law. At the same time I acquired the abrasion characteristic about the wear between piston ring and cylinder. I reached the due study aim and result.
