煤气厂生产调度管理信息系统

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的飞速发展,信息成为企业最重要的生产要素和战略资源,企业的生存和发展,离不开管理,而管理的核心内容,是对各种信息的处理,由于企业的管理信息非常复杂,而且这些信息在不断地更新,要想将这些信息及时、准确、有序地进行处理,企业就必须要采用信息技术,建立符合自身工作流程、能够满足实际应用的管理信息系统(Management Information System,简称MIS)。我们成功地进行了“长春市东郊煤气厂生产调度管理信息系统”的开发,目前这一系统已经投入运行。本文详细给出了这一系统的开发设计过程。生产调度管理部门是每个生产型企业中基于最高决策领导层和各生产车间(部门)之间的枢纽,是企业中最重要的管理信息渠道。本文结合东郊煤气厂的生产和管理实际,提出了本系统的功能、性能、安全以及其它需求,由于开发初期,用户对系统只有一个模糊的想法,很难完全准确地表达对系统的全面要求,因此本系统采用了较为流行的快速原型化的开发方法。经过一段时间深入细致的需求分析工作,提出了本系统的设计思路是主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。具体流程为监控图像采集系统通过设置在各监测点的摄像设备对各敏感的生产过程进行监控,并将实时的视频图像数据存于监控图像数据库<WP=89>中。监控图像显示系统可以对监控图像数据库中的图像数据进行显示和回放。实时信号采集系统负责对重要仪器仪表的信号数据进行定时取样,然后对采集到的信号数据进行必要的转换并按覆盖或追加方式将其存于实时信号数据库中。实时信号显示系统以用户要求的形式将实时信号显示出来。数据处理系统对监控图像数据库和实时信号数据库中的数据进行加工,并按生产调度管理信息系统的要求存于中心数据库中。生产调度管理信息系统针对整个企业的各生产环节进行管理,它是由若干个生产管理子系统共同构成的。这些子系统的可根据企业的具体生产情况来确定,每个生产管理子系统通常都对一个主要的生产环节进行管理,并将相应的生产数据保存到中心数据库中。通过网络,各管理子系统可共享中心数据库的数据,并能相互通讯和对实时数据的变化进行响应。需求分析确认之后,首先进行总体设计,总体设计首先提出了建立数据库的基本思想,即中心数据库主要用来存储和组织整个生产调度系统的数据,这些数据是分布在系统的各管理用户的名下。根据管理用户来确定系统的11个功能模块和系统管理模块,并进一步对它们进行功能描述。然后进行详细设计,在详细设计阶段先确定了功能模块的具体子模块,对确定的子模块进行算法和结构的设计,首先给出了在服务器端用Oracle9i建立数据库的过程和设定,接下来对于客户端给出模块的程序流程图。之后对本系统用当今非常流行的面向对象语言Delphi进行了编码设计,最<WP=90>后介绍了系统的特点、实施效果,以及开发管理此系统的意义。东郊煤气厂的生产调度管理系统,既有先进性又有实用性和可操作性,极大地提高了产品的质量,使本系统仅仅投入运行几个月就收回了投资成本。东郊厂的生产调度指挥管理信息系统,实现了管理的信息化和计算机辅助决策,减轻管理者的劳动负担,更加科学掌握产品信息,从而采取有效的方法,减少库存,提高资金的周转率,避免缺少库存。煤气厂生产调度管理系统的成功实施,规范了工厂的管理,提高了管理水平。推动了我市唯一的煤气生产企业的现代化和信息化进程,也为功能更齐全,更加科学的MIS的实施打下了坚实的基础。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer technology, information become the most important productive element and strategic resource. The survival and development of the enterprise can not depart from the management, moreover the key of the management is dealing with all kinds of information. But due to the complexity and frequent update of the management information of the enterprise, we must adopt the information technology and establish their own management information system to meet their practical need, which make the information processing be accurate, orderly and in time. We have designed successfully ‘Manufacture Controlling Management Information System of Dongjiao Gas Factory’, which is running now. In this paper, we propose the concrete design process. Manufacture management is the bridge between the highest decisive board of leaders and the various departments below and the most important management information channel among the enterprise. The paper proposes the function, performance, safety and other demands of this system by consulting the practical Manufacture and management of Dongjiao gas factory. At the early <WP=92>stage of designment, the user can only have a general idea about the system, and it is very difficult to put forward the complete demands of the system. So this system adopts the fast prototype designment method. After the embedded and careful demand analysis for along time, the main idea of this system include the establishment and maintenance of background data base and front applications. The concrete flow of this system consists of scouting image collection system, realtime signal collection system,data processing system and Manufacture management information system. The scouting image collection system watches each sensitive Manufacture process through the videos at the watching location and store the realtime video image in the scouting image database, in which the images can be display by the scouting image collection system. Realtime signal collection system is responsible to punctually sample from important devices, then convert the signals collected and store them through the measure of covering or superaddition in the realtime signal database. Data processing system firstly processes the data in the scouting image database and realtime signal database , and then store the data in the center database according to the requirement of <WP=93>the Manufacture Controlling Management Information System.The manufacture controlling management information system take charge the manufacture management of each manufacture tache of the whole enterprise. The system composed of several subsystems of manufacture management. Each subsystem administers one main production part and stores the corresponding data in the central data base. every subsystem can share the data in central data base via internet and respond to the change of the data. After confirming the command analysis, general designing is done first. It raises the idea of establishing data base. the central data base is used to store and organize the data of the entire production system. Then the detailed designing is made. In this procedure, the submodules are made first and the design of calculation and structure of these submodules follows. First we give the procedures and settings of Oracle9i on server, and then give flow chart of modules to the client. After that we program the system by using Delphi, the pop OOP language. Finally, we introduce the features, practical effect and significance of developing and managing this system. ’Manufacture Management Controlling Information System of Dongjiao gas factory’ is advanced, practical, and operational, which improve the quality production very much. After the only few months’ running, the system get the investment cost back.
