【摘要】 技术发展的问题是一个为世界各国普遍关注的问题。在技术与社会之间存在着相互影响、双向作用的关系。在市场经济条件下，技术的引进或创新，以及继而引发的一系列演化过程，都与多种多样的社会因素相关联。 技术发展的社会选择滥觞于生物进化的社会选择。技术发展的社会选择是贯穿技术使用过程中的对技术的选择和检验，它是决定技术命运的一种社会活动，它以市场选择、政府选择及文化选择为主要形式，并表现出复杂性的特点。社会对技术的选择从某种意义上也是技术对社会的选择，是一种双向性的相互认同活动，也是相互间根据对方的要求调整、改变自身的过程，并最终在这个过程中实现技术与社会的相容。社会选择的状况直接影响着技术发展的状况，提高技术的社会选择水平是促进技术发展的一条社会途径。当前，我国存在着对引进技术消化吸收不力、技术创新举步维艰、不合理重复引进、利用外资引进技术存在问题等现状，对此，本文指出：发展我国的技术，应从改变社会状况入手，以价值标准、系统标准、时效标准为原则进行技术的选择，采取相应措施提升我国技术的社会选择能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological development is an issue that is widely concerned all over the world. An interactive relationship exists between technology and society; the introduction and innovation of technology, as well as a series of associated evolutionary processes, are related to a variety of social factors.The category of social selection of technological development (SSTD) originated from the social selection of biological evolution. SSTD is the practical verification towards technology throughout the process of utilizing technology, and it is a type of social activity that can determine the destiny of technology, SSTD appears in the main forms of market selection, governmental selection and cultural selection, expressing the characteristic of complexity. Society’s selection of technology is, in a sense, technology’s selection of society, which is an activity of mutually approving. It is also a process of self-adjustment in which technology and society adapt themselves to meet each other’s demand and coexist. Social selection exists in technological development, which means the state of social selection directly influences the state of technology; improving the level of social selection is a social approach to promoting technological development. Currently, China is confronted by problems such as inability of digestion and absorption, slow technological innovation, unreasonable repetitive introduction and inappropriate introduction of technology based on foreign investment. Inorder to solve these problems, this thesis points out: the development of technology in China should begin with changing social status and the selection of technology should follow the principles of value standard, systematic standard and effectiveness/efficiency standard. At the same time, associated measures should be taken in China to improve the society’s ability to select technology.更多还原
