基于PLC的脉冲电晕法烟气脱硫监控系统

【摘要】 脉冲电晕法烟气脱硫技术是一项先进的脱硫方法,是国际上公认的具有强大市场潜力和应用前景的烟气脱硫新工艺。随着试验规模的扩大和该技术逐渐成熟走向实用化,作为其关键技术之一的配套自动测控系统急待研究。本论文设计的基于PLC的脉冲电晕法烟气脱硫监控系统能够保证脱硫系统的正常运行,从而满足深入研究工艺过程的需要,目前处于工业实验阶段,该课题同时为大型工业应用装置的自动测控系统的研制开发提供了宝贵的设计思路与经验范例。 脉冲电晕法烟气脱硫工艺过程特殊,涉及到化工、高电压技术、等离子体工程、计算机技术、电磁兼容等多个学科,本人主要负责用PLC控制布袋除尘器控制回路,以及上位机的监控系统的开发,烟气温度模糊控制器的研制及在系统最后的联调时电磁兼容问题的解决。本论文主要包括以下几个重要方面: (1)设计完成了用上、下位机控制的脱硫监控系统,下位机采用PLC实现系统的自动控制和手动控制,并提供了部分梯形图,通过自由通讯口同下位机进行通讯,能够保证脱硫系统稳定运行。 (2)烟气的温度对脱硫过程影响很大,控制上采用模糊控制的技术路线,并设计了模糊控制器。实践证明该方案适合此过程的控制任务。 (3)上位机的监控程序采用面向对象的编程技术,用Visual C++来完成,利用多线程技术和通信控件Mscomm,根据SIEMENS PLC的专用通信协议,较好的完成了系统的监控作用。 (4)进行系统在现场的联合调试,由于该系统的特殊性,电磁兼容问题很严重,在现场成功解决了该问题,并在软、硬件两个方面做了有效的预防措施。 现场调试运行结果表明,自动控制系统运行稳定,监控系统方便、灵活,为进一步的深入研究工艺过程奠定了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 PPCP(Pulse Corona Induced Plasma Chemical Process) is a great method to DeSO 2 from flue gas, it is generally acknowledged a new craft of DeSO 2 from flue gas with strong market potential and prospect of using in the world. With test scale enlargement and gradually ripe to being practical technology, the study on automatic control system in the process of PPCP, which is an indispensable part in the whole DeSO2 technology, is urgent. In my thesis, the monitoring system of PPCP based on PLC can ensure the control system work correctly, thus can meet the need to research the craft deeply. It is in an industrial experiment stage at present, this subject offered valuable design mode and experience example for large scale industrial application set.PPCP has a special craft process, it relates to chemical, high voltage technology, plasma project, computer science, EMC(Electromagnetic Compatibility) and other subjects, it is completed with a project team, my responsible is to control the PPCP system with PLC, the monitoring system in upper machine and resolve EMC problem in the final debugging process. This thesis includes the following several important respects:(1)Design the PPCP system with the upper and the lower machine, the upper machine adopts PLC to implement the system controls automatically and manually, and has offered some ladder-shaped pictures too. To communicate through freedom communication with the lower machine, thus can ensure the control system run without errors.(2)The temperature of this system has much effect on the PPCP process, adopt the fuzzy technological control route on it, and have designed the fuzzy controller. Practice has proved that this scheme is suitable for the control task of this course.(3)The monitoring procedure of the upper machine use the face target programming technology, it has been finished with Visual C++, utilize the multithreading skill and communication control MScomm, according to the special-purpose communication protocol of SIEMENS PLC, complete the monitoring of this system preferably.(4)Carry on the union debugging in the scene of the system, because of the particularity of this system, an electromagnetic compatible problem is very serious, this problem has been solved in scene successfully, and made effective precautionary measures in hardware and software respects.Scene debug operation result make it known that the automatic control system runs steadily, the monitoring system is convenient, flexible. It also have settled good foundation for further investigation to the craft course.
