复合电沉积HA-Ti/HA涂层的研究

【摘要】 羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,简称HA)具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性:而钛及钛合金则是目前医学上常用的植入材料,具有优异的力学性能,制备兼具两种优点的复合材料是近年来研究的热点。 本文首次提出,采用“复合电沉积—电沉积”两步法在含Ti粉的钙磷电解液中制备HA-Ti/HA复合涂层。探讨了各工艺条件对涂层中Ti含量的影响,并对复合涂层的组分、结构和表面形貌进行了研究,考察了涂层的热稳定性,测试了涂层与基体的结合强度,采用动电位极化法检测涂层的耐蚀性能,并采用模拟体液浸泡以及体外细胞培养等方法评价涂层的生物学性能。 实验结果表明,采用两步电沉积法成功制备得到均匀致密、外层为纯HA涂层,底层为HA-Ti复合涂层的HA-Ti/HA复合涂层。涂层与基体的结合强度高达21.2MPa,且为纯HA涂层的3倍,复合涂层的耐蚀性能优于纯HA涂层,模拟体液浸泡和体外细胞培养实验证明涂层具有良好的生物学性能。

【Abstract】 Hydroxyapatite has excellent biocompatibility and bioactivity, Titanium and titanium alloy have been widely applied in orthopaedics and dentistry due to their excellent mechanics properties and biocompatibility. The materials possessing the advantages of both titanium and HA have been hot-topic in recent years.The "composite electrodeposition-eletrodeposition" two-step method to form HA-Ti/HA composite coatings in calcium-phosphate electrolyte with titanium powder has been investigated first in this thesis. The influence of the coating technique conditions on the content of Ti particulates in the coatings were studied and the microstructure, phase constitutes, morphology, thermostability characteristic, adhesion strength and anticorroaon characteristic of the composite coatings were studied too. Finally, SBF test and cell culture in vitro were carried out to evaluate the biological properties of HA-Ti/HA composite coatings.The results indicate that the HA-Ti/HA composite coatings were uniform and dense, and the outer coatings were pure HA and the inner were HA-Ti composite coatings by the two-step method of "composite electrodeposition-eletrodeposition". The adhesion strength between the coatings and substrates was high to 21.2 MPa and the data was triple of the pure HA, and the HA-Ti/HA composite coatings had better anticorrosion characteristics than the pure HA coatings. Test in simulated body fluid (SBF) and cell culture test in vitro indicated that the coatings possessed goodbiological properties.
