基于WEB的注塑模知识库系统的建立

【摘要】 分析国内外知识库系统的特点,结合注塑模行业的实际。开展了基于WEB的注塑模知识库系统的研究。最终完成了一套能够方便的进行注塑模设计知识的获取、推理和管理的软件系统。 本系统的基本功能分为知识表达、知识推理、知识获取和知识维护。利用Internet技术使本系统能够更好的实现知识资源共享,并对其他软件系统提供知识库功能的支持。 本系统使用基于规则、面向对象、基于案例和基于数据表的混合的知识表达方式进行知识表达。通过对注塑模知识的分析整理,得到了不同知识表达法在表达注塑模知识时的一般原则。在知识的推理过程中,对不同的知识表达方式采用相应的推理策略和搜索策略。在知识获取过程中,采用关键词选择添加的方式,使得知识录入不用掌握很多的知识库的理论,就可以方便的进行知识的添加。 在确定了知识表达和推理方法后,用于软件工程的思想,对系统进行了分析与设计,规划了系统的体系结构。划分了各个功能模块。使用java技术完成了系统的开发。利用人机交互和网络技术,本知识库系统能够直观方便的完成使用者和系统之间的交流。并可以使得在异地的用户也可以使用本系统。 基于web的注塑模知识库系统的建立对于模具设计具有重要的意义,通过它可以加快设计的效率和准确性,进而缩短模具的交货的时间。本课题的研究对于人工智能和知识库在模具领域的应用具有一定的参考价值;对于实现模具设计的智能化作出了一定的探索性的工作。

【Abstract】 The research of knowledge-base system of mold has been done by analyzing the characteristic of the knowledge-base system. At last, the software system has been constructed which can realize the knowledge acquisition, reasoning, management.The basic function of the system included knowledge expressing, reasoning, acquisition, maintenance. The resource-sharing become better by connecting with internet.The mixing knowledge expressing methods including the rule, the object were applied by the system. By analyzing the knowledge of injection mold, the system adopts the general principles of knowledge representation expressing the knowledge of mold. In the course of reasoning of knowledge, the system adopts the corresponding reasoning and search strategy for the different method of knowledge expressing. In the course of knowledge acquisition, the system adopts the way of choosing keywords.After determining the methods of the knowledge expressing and reasoning, The system is developed with Java technology. The exchange between the user and system can get easier with the technology of man-machine interaction and the network.It is important to designing of injection mold by this knowledge-base system of injection mold on web. This system can accelerate the efficiency and improve the accuracy of designing, and shorten the time for designing of injection mould. The research of this subject has certain reference value to the knowledge base s application in the field of mould and done certain exploratory work for designing of mold intelligently.
