石化装置高温压力工艺管线安全评估决策支持系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 本课题为石化装置高温工艺管线安全评估决策支持系统的研究与开发,是与大连石化公司合作的横向课题。以1Cr5Mo、12Cr1MoV和20钢三种常用作石化装置高温炉管材料的珠光体耐热钢为研究对象,针对其在高温服役中的安全评估问题,在以往工作的基础上,采用数据库和面向对象编程技术研究开发了一套高温管线安全评估决策支持系统(FES-DP系统),其目的是为大连石化公司数十套装置中加热炉辐射段管线与这三种材料相关的安全评估提供决策支持。 通过实验以及结合我们在国内其他石化企业失效分析和安全评估中已获数据,建立起这三种材料不同使用状态的组织特征和剩余寿命之间的关系,并参照相关行业标准和查阅大量国内外资料,制定出1Cr5Mo、12Cr1MoV和20钢三种材料的组织劣化等级的标准图谱,提出通过评价组织劣化等级进行剩余寿命评估的基本策略。 FES-DP系统主要包括加热炉运行参数及炉管数据模块、金相组织图谱模块、装置管理条例模块和评估模块四个模块。通过加热炉运行参数及炉管数据模块实现对相关数据的维护与管理;在金相组织图谱模块中根据相应材料的标准组织图谱对实际金相图谱进行组织劣化等级评定;装置管理条例模块用于查询并维护相关装置的安全操作准则和管理条例;评估模块是FES-DP系统的核心部分,根据加热炉运行参数及炉管数据模块和金相组织图谱模块中相关数据和信息,可以对在役加热炉中单根炉管或整组炉管进行剩余寿命预测,并可以查询单根炉管或整组炉管的状态。这四个模块有效地结合在一起构成整个FES-DP系统,该系统具有用户友好的界面以及高效的数据维护与管理功能,能够方便、快捷且可靠地对相关管线进行安全评估。 该系统已于2003年12月通过大连石化公司验收,目前正在使用之中,对公司装置的安全运行与管理决策提供了可靠支持。
【Abstract】 The project is about the research and development of decision-making system for safety assessment of high temperature tubes in petro-chemical industry in cooperation with Dalian Petro-chemical Company(DLPEC), which takes 1Cr5Mo, 12CrlMoV and 20# as research objects. 1Cr5Mo, 12CrlMoV and 20# are three types of pearlitic heat resistant steel and widely used for high temperature tubes in petro-chemical industry, so their safety assessments are necessary for the sake of operation safety in high temperature condition. On the basis of our former work, the decision-making system(FES-DP) has been developed by means of database and object-oriented programming technology. The purpose of the research and development of FES-DP is to provide a new approach to safety assessment of radiation tubes related with the three types of steel in several dozen of sets of heating furnace of DLPEC.The relationships between microstructure feature and residual life of the three types of steel in different states have been founded according to the data from the experiments, former failure analysis and safety assessment for other petro-chemical corporations. In term of the correlative standards and a great of information, the standard grades of microstructure degradation of the three types of steel have been established and the basic residual life assessment strategy by evaluating the grade of microstructure degradation has been brought forward.FES-DP mainly consists of four modules: the module of operation parameters and materials database, the module of metallographic photos, the module of the equipment operation rules and the assessment module. The function of the first module is data maintenance and management, and in the second one actual metallographic photos can be graded according to the standard metallographic photos. Users can inquire and maintain the equipment operation rules in the third one. The last one is the most important part of FES-DP, by which residual life of a single furnace tube or a group of tubes can be assessed and their operation states can be inquired. The four modules have been effectively integrated into FES-DP which have user-friendly interfaces and effectual data maintenance and management function, so safety assessment of correlative tubes can be done expediently and reliably.FES-DP is in use now and provides reliable decision-making information to equipment operation and management, which passed the qualification of DLPEC on December ,2003.
