水闸CAD软件研制(SluiceCAD)

【摘要】 CAD(Computer Aided Design)的概念由来已久,随着计算机软硬件的快速发展,CAD软件也在不断的完善和提高,最后形成了成熟和规范的行业标准。对CAD软件进行二次开发,以适应各个专业的具体需要,是各设计专业所迫切希望的,也是科学技术发展所需要的。最近几年CAD二次开发软件有了长足的发展,在机械、工民建、模具等领域已经有了广泛的应用和较为成熟的发展体系。但是,在水利工程领域,CAD二次开发软件明显滞后!为了推动水利事业的发展,作者运用VB、VC、AutoLisp、ObiectARX等开发语言和开发工具,编写了《水闸CAD》(SluiceCAD)软件,即作为水闸方面的专业软件,也为水利CAD二次开发摸索一点经验。 该软件主要有两部分构成,分述如下: 一、上、下游翼墙段(挡土墙)程序部分,运用VB语言编写,将计算简图、过程及结果保存为Excel文件,将所计算的挡土墙断面结构图及钢筋图在AutoCAD中绘出。程序的功能:① 稳定计算,② 墙身强度验算,③ 钢筋计算,④ 结果保存,⑤ AutoCAD图绘制。适用范围:① 主要适用于重力式挡土墙包括半重力式、衡重式以及悬臂式。设计标准截面为:墙前、墙后最多可同时出现一个前趾(后趾)、两个斜坡及一个直墙段;② 程序适用于墙前、墙后可同时有填土,可为粘性土或砂性土,但填土不应有分层;③ 无论何种型式挡土墙,都可考虑7~9度地震的作用效应。 二、闸室段程序部分,运用VC语言编写,包括水力计算、稳定计算和闸室结构图、钢筋图绘制。程序的功能:① 水力计算,程序计算了宽顶堰、实用堰流(WES堰)水力计算及闸孔出流;② 稳定计算,③ 闸底板内力及配筋计算,④ 结构图和钢筋图绘制。适用范围:① 水力计算主要指前述的三种出流方式的水力计算,包括弧形门、平板门以及平底板堰、实用堰的任意组合;② 稳定计算可适用于平底板堰和实用堰,渗流计算采用直线法;抗滑计算可分为岩基、土基两种情况,闸墩可以分为整体式和分离式两种;③ 结构图和钢筋图绘制只适用于平底板。 该软件已在实际工程中得到应用,并取得了较好的效果,且挡土墙程序部分获得河南省水利科技进步二等奖。挡土墙程序部分可以提高80%以上的工作效率,闸室段程序部分应用范围还有一定的局限性,对于平底板型水闸,本软件可提高一半以上的效率,对于设计的前期阶段,效率会更高。在应用范围上,本软件只涵盖了某些方面,在后续的修改中,作者将对该软件做进一步的完善。
【Abstract】 The concept of Computer Aided Design (CAD) occured long time ago, with the development of computer hardware and software, CAD softwares perform much better, at last, it builds in standard industry criterion. Editing new softwares on the ground of the CAD software for special purposes is the needs of all designing fields. We do well In the last years, especially in the fields of civil construction and mechanism, it is really not better than we think in water conservancy field. For developing the water conservancy CAD software, I edit SluiceCAD software on the ground of AutoCAD software, it is written by means of VB, VC, etc., it can be used as a special sluice software, as well, we can get some inspiration from the software!The software mainly includes two parts as follows:One is retaining wall program, it is written by VB program language, by means of VBA technology, it can save sketch and result as a file of Excel, as well, drawing construction and steel-bar sketch is the functions of retaining wall program. It’s functions can include five aspects, computing the stability of retaining wall, checking the intension of wall, calculating steel-bar area, saving the result, drawing, etc.Another is sluice-house program, it is written by VC program language and Object ARX, drawing in AutoCAD is the important function, It’s functions can include four aspects, calculating the flux of weir, figuring out the stability of sluice-house, computing the internal force and steel-bar area of sluice soleplate, drawing, etc.This software has been applied in some projects, and performs well, especially, retaining wall program is awarded second-class of science and technology advancement in water conservancy department of Henan province. To some extent, though it is limited in applying scope, it still improves work efficiency at least 50 percent. It will be modified better and better in the future.
