电解法处理船舶压载水对压载舱腐蚀影响的研究

【摘要】 本文以IMOA.868(20)决议“关于控制和管理船舶压载水以减少有害水生物和病原体传播的指南”的出台为背景,选题于国际海事组织和中国海事局联合项目课题《加热—电解联合法压载水处理技术》,通过理论分析和试验室腐蚀试验,初步研究了压载水的电解处理技术对压载舱金属腐蚀的影响,并分析了其在一定条件下的腐蚀规律和腐蚀机理。 首先,在参考众多相关文献的基础上,对船舶压载水及其相关问题进行了综述,阐明了压载水处理的重要性,并扼要介绍了本文研究的主要内容以及对推广该技术应用于船舶压载水处理上的重要意义。 其次,详细介绍了船舶压载水的电解处理技术,并就该技术杀灭有害水生物和病原体的机理以及应用于处理船舶压载水的可行性进行了重点论述,同时也介绍了该技术的试验室研究,并得出结论:试验室的研究表明,该技术是一种非常有前景的压载水处理技术。 在第3章,分析了压载舱所处的腐蚀环境以及各种电解反应;并通过相关金属腐蚀理论,证明了电解海水处理压载水时会一定程度上影响压载舱金属的腐蚀。 在第4章,参照相关标准,并根据腐蚀介质的特殊性,创造性的设计了试验室金属腐蚀试验。通过评定试验数据结果,验证了理论分析的正确性,并分析了腐蚀规律和腐蚀机理,对压载舱的防腐设计有一定的借鉴意义。 最后,本文还讨论了压载舱金属的防腐,并对该技术提出了针对性的防腐建议。

【Abstract】 Based on the background that IMO has put forward resolution A.868(20)"Guidelines for the control and management of ships’ ballast water to minimize the transfer of harmful aquatic organisms and pathogens", and through the theory analysis and corrosion test, this paper, which is a part of the conjoint project of IMO and China Maritime Safety Administration(MSA): 《The conjoint treatment of ballast water by heating-electrolyzing seawater》 , carries out a pilot study on the impact caused to the metal of ballast tank by using the method of electrolyzing seawater together with analyzing the law and mechanism of corrosion.Firstly, based on the references, the paper summarizes the related problem of ballast water, clarifies the importance, and tersely describes the paper’s main contents and meaning to the application of the technology on the treatment of ballast water.Secondly, the paper introduces the technology of electrolyzing seawater for the treatment of ballast water; emphasizes the mechanism of killing the harmful aquatic organisms and pathogens and the possibility of the technology; while at the same time, introduces the laboratory study and draws the conclusion: the technology is a very promising treatment.In chapter 3, the paper analyzes the caustic environment that the tank encounters and the reacts during electrolyzing process; proves that the technology of electrolyzing seawater will accelerate the corrosion at some degree by using related metal corrosion theory.In chapter 4, according to the related standards and the particularity of the caustic medium, the paper puts forward a creationary laboratory metal corrosion test. Through assessing the data, it proves the correctness of the theory analysis and analyzes the law and mechanism.In the end, the paper discusses the corrosion protection for the ballast tank, puts forward proposal on corrosion protection aiming at the technology.
