休闲农业旅游研究

【摘要】 休闲农业是农业和旅游业相结合的一种新型产业，一些发达国家在20世纪60年代就已提出。从开始兴起到现在，休闲农业经历了两个阶段，观光农园是其初期形态，后来发展到集观光、体验、购物、度假等多种功能为一体的新型游憩形式，即休闲农业。国内旅游者消费观念的转变、开发休闲农业旅游的资源优势与政府积极的政策支持，激发了投资者开发休闲农业旅游的热情，引发全国休闲农业旅游开发的热潮，出现一派欣欣向荣的景象，市场前景极为广阔。本文对休闲农业旅游的定义进行了界定，分析其产生的主要原因，通过相关调查数据分析休闲农业旅游客源市场的特点，预见休闲农业旅游未来将朝着农业文化旅游、农业保健旅游和农业度假旅游方向发展，并提出在农业度假区适当引入“分时度假”这种经营方式。根据我国休闲农业旅游的发展状况，文中对3种类型的休闲农业旅游区进行了案例研究：对于集农业观光、休闲、度假于一体的湖南省湘潭农博园和民宿农庄办得红红火火的四川郫县农科村，指出其开发中存在的问题，并给予了相关的建议；对于开发休闲农场取得巨大成功的深圳青青世界，分析了其成功的原因，并提出将“分时度假”引入农场经营。最后对休闲农业旅游的发展前景进行了总结与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pastime agriculture which has been brought forward in some developed countries in 1960’ is a new type of industry combined with aguiculture and tourism. Pastime agriculture has experienced two stages, sight-seeing agricultural field is the primary form, and pastime agriculture the later new recreational form which includes multinomial functions of sight-seening experience shopping vacation, etc. The change of tourists’consumption concept, the resource advantage and policy support inspire the developing passion of investors. This thesis defines the conception of pastime agriculture tourism, analyzes its engendering causes; analyzes the characteristic of tourists of pastime agriculture tourism; The future developing trend of pastime agriculture is forecasted in this thesis, that is, cultural tourism, sanitarian tourism and vacation tourism; and Time Share is brought forward to agricultural vacation area. All the basic and exploitation theories above are as a foundation to the next demonstration research. Three forms of pastime agriculture is studed in practice according to the actuality of pastime agriculture in our country. Toward Xiangtan agriculture exposition garden in Hunan province, and Nongke villege in Pi county, Sichuan province which is doing farm tourism accommadation prosperously, the lack in development is pointed out and the correlative suggestion is given; Toward the Green World in Shenzhen city which has gained tremendous success in exploiting pastime farm, the cause of its success is analyzed and Time Share is suggested to the farm management.
