论中学校园文化中的品德教育

【摘要】 自从人类进入21世纪后,政治多元化与经济全球化的态势越来越明显。国际竞争转到了以经济和科技为基础的综合国力的较量。其中人才是关键,人才不仅是体力和脑力的结合,更是德与智的统一。中学教育作为国家基础教育的重要组成部分,担负着人才培养的重任。目前我国的中学教育有了很大的发展,全国绝大部分地区实施了九年制义务教育,个别发达地区向十二年制义务教育迈进。学生的科学文化素质,身体素质较已往有了很大的改观,但是,由于当前我国社会正处在社会转型期,各种不同群体的利益处在重新调整之中,不同思想道德观念、价值观念也随之大量涌现,传统的道德体系也不再成为维系现有社会结构的粘合剂,但新的道德体系却还没有完全建立起来。在这样的社会大变动之中,如何加强中学生的品德教育,培养他们的健康人格,是摆在我们每个教育工作者面前的一个难题。这种教育效果如何,直接关系到国家民族的未来,关系到创造千秋伟业的大事。因此,根据社会发展的需要和学生心理活动规律,作者从文化学的角度出发,揭示出中学校园文化中的品德教育现状,探讨中学校园文化中实施品德教育的条件及其思路,以便为教育同仁提供具有可供参考意义的资料和思想启迪。

【Abstract】 Since man came into the 21st century. The trend of political poly-polaization and economic globalization has been developing more rapidly. The international competition has transformed of conprehensine national power based on economy and technology. Of all able persons are considered to be most significant. Who are prope unity of physica ability and mental ability as well as unity of physical ability and mental ability as well as unity of morality and talent, each of which is essential. In middle school education plays an important role in fostering a person, since the successful school education is a duinental part of national basic. At present school education has greatly improved in china. Most districts have carried out the system of nine-years and some developed areas are working out 12 years. In this Case, more and more students are better developed in their knowledge and physical qualities. But at the same time, uariefies of values are followed up for the adjustments of different groups’ interests, as the raditional moral system can not maintain the presemt social tructurer any longer, whereas no new complete system takes place of it immediately. In such a greatly uarialble society a big problem has been presented in front of us on how to educate students in their physics and especially in their moral qualities. The effect of moral education is immediately related to the right future of our nation and correlate great creations of our country. So this essay attempts to demonstrate the methods of moral education in China’s schools as well as its trends in terms of culturology and linking with the status quo of moral education in china. So as to share the opinions with other colleagues and provide referring data.
