伦理道德及其社会控制

【摘要】 任何社会都必须建立秩序，为此都必须进行有效的社会控制，伦理道德是一种重要的社会控制方式。伦理道德以其说服力和劝导力提高人们的思想认识和道德觉悟，增强人们的自律意识和自律精神，从而使人们自觉遵守社会主义思想道德规范，形成追求高尚、激励先进的良好社会风气，稳定社会秩序，实现社会控制的目的。本文综合运用了伦理学有关原理和社会学的社会控制理论，探讨了当今中国伦理道德社会控制问题，并且在总结近年来伦理道德建设所取得的成功经验的基础上，概括了伦理道德社会控制实施的具体措施和方法。 全文共分为三个部分。第一部分是伦理道德社会控制的依据。首先论述了伦理道德社会控制的理论依据：伦理道德社会控制是以德治国思想的重要方面、伦理道德是一种重要的社会控制方式，然后运用中西比较的方法，分别考察了中西方伦理道德社会控制实践，并分析了目前我国伦理道德现状，论述了伦理道德社会控制的现实依据。 第二部分是伦理道德社会控制的主要内容，即伦理道德社会控制的核心、原则和着力点。首先分析了为人民服务作为伦理道德社会控制的核心的客观依据，剖析了为人民服务作为伦理道德社会控制的内涵和要求；其次论述了集体主义作为伦理道德社会控制原则的科学内涵，指出了坚持集体主义原则必须正确理解和处理好的几个关系；最后论述了伦理道德社会控制的着力点，分析了社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德的作用和特点，明确指出了社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德的基本规范和要求。 第三部分是伦理道德社会控制的实施途径。这一部分是全文的重点，主要论述了伦理道德教育和伦理道德实践这样两种实施途径，并且总结和概括了伦理道德社会控制实施的具体措施和方法。伦理道德教育能够使社会主义的道德原则和规范深入到人们的内心，转化为人们内在的道德品质，形成一种内在的约束。伦理道德教育要顺利地进行并达到预期的效果，离不开人们的道德实践，而且，也只有通过道德实践活动，以活动为载体，吸引群众普遍参与，才能提高社会整体道德素质，从而改善社会道德风貌，实现伦理道德的社会控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social control is essential because social order must be established in society and moral principle is an important way of social control. Moral principle can develop the people’s understanding in ideology and consciousness of morality by its power of persuasiveness and admonishment, so that, it can made people observe moral standards of socialism and help to form fine social custom of which the people seek to be noble and the advanced can get encouragement, and it can steady social order and make the purpose of social control to be true. In the article, the problem of social control that is by the may of moral principle in modem china is explored through applying principles of ethics and theories of social control in sociology comprehensively, and the way and measure of social control by way of moral principle are put forward on the foundation of summarizing the experience in moral construction during last years.There are three parts in the article. The first part is the basis of social control that is by the way of moral principle. What is discussed firstly is the theoretic basis of social control by the way of moral principle: the social control in moral is the important aspect of the idea about managing state affairs with moral, and the moral is a kind of important society control method. Then by comparing the practice of the western and eastern social control, Investigating respectively the practice of the social control in moral in western and eastern, analyzing the present moral condition in our country, and discussing the real - life basis of social control that is by the way of moral principle.The second part discusses the main contents of the social control in moral that is it’s core, principle and the point exerted. Firstly, the objective basis that serving for the people is the core of social control in moral is analyzed, and the meaning and the demand about serving for the people are also analyzed. Secondly, the scientific connotation of collectivism that is the principle of social control in moral is discussed, and several connections that must be comprehended correctly and transacted right are put forward. Finally, the point exerted of the social control in moral is discussed, the function and characteristic of the social morality, the occupational moral, and the family virtue is analyzed, and it is clear and definite to point out the basic rule and request of the social morality, the occupational moral, and the family virtue.The third part is about the approach carried into execution of the social control in moral. This part is the focal point of the full text. Two kinds of avenue to put into practice what are the moral education and the moral practice are discussed primarily, and the concrete measure and method by which the social control in moral can be carried into execution is summarized and generalized. The moral education enables the moral principle and moral rule of the socialism to go deep into people’s heart and to transform into the inside moral trait and to become a kind of inside stipulation. The moral practice is indispensable to that the moral education can proceed successfully and attain the anticipant result. And, only resorting the moral practice and drawing the crowd to participate widespread can increase the whole social moral diathesis, improve the social moral appearance and realize the social control by the way of moral principle.更多还原
