罗甸县中学生物学科教学现状及对策研究

【摘要】 本文运用问卷调查、访谈、文献资料收集等多种方法对贵州罗甸县中学生物学科教学、实验设施、师资力量、教学科研、生物园地、生物学科在日常生活中的应用等方面进行了深入的调查与研究。旨在对提高罗甸县中学生物教学质量,如何开展生物学科课外活动和社会实践,充分运用生物学科特点,帮助少数民族地区人民发展经济,提高居民素质,最终摆脱贫困等进行一些有意义的探索和思考。资料数据表明:职、完中和初级中学课堂教学开展较好,教师普遍具有传授生物学基本知识的能力;多数学生爱好生物学,对动、植物感性知识丰富;部分学校生物园地、试验基地较好,能积极开展课外活动和研究性学习。但在罗甸县与经济发展紧密联系的生物学科未受到应有的重视,主要表现在:实验设施、多媒体教学设施等基础设施普遍落后;生物学科专业教师少,分布不合理,部分教师教学方法陈旧,生物学教学科研意识淡薄;课时开设不足,中学生物教学质量相对落后。生物教学远不能适应当地经济的发展,广大农村种植业、养殖业种类少、规模小。针对上述问题,提出了改革罗甸县中学生物教学的措施以及运用生物学知识发展罗甸经济的对策:进一步增加教育投入,扩大职、完中和初级中学办学规模,提高生物教师队伍的数量和质量,改革生物学科教学内容,加强生物学教学科研,激发学生学习生物学的兴趣,培养具有创新能力高素质学生。

【Abstract】 In LuoDian County of GuiZhou Province, I have deeply surveyed and researched the high school biology teaching, experimentation facilities, persons qualified to teach, teaching and researching, biologic garden plot and the level of using biologicknowledge in daily life by means of doing questionnaire, asking people questions and collecting information .This thesis showed the deeply research I have done and brought forward some of my thought about ,for examples, improving quality of biology in LuoDian County middle teaching schools, starting practice after school and society practice which relate to biology science, taking advantage of biology science to help people in the minority regions develop their economy and improve residents’ inner quality, and finally get rid of poverty. The data indicated that teaching and learn-ing in classroom in middle schools is launched well, and the teachers can generally teach basic biology knowledge, most students like biology and know many animals and plants, some schools’ biologic garden plots and experiment bases are comparative good, they can launch practice aft-er class and research learning. But, in LuoDian County, the biology science ,which has close relation with economy development, is not paid enough attention, for instance, basic facilities used for experiment and multimedia teaching are generally laggard ,the number of teachers with qualifying to teach biologyscience is very small and distributions imbalance, some teachers still use dated teaching methods and they don’t want to improve them, the time of biology science teaching is no tough, the quality of biology science teaching in middle schools is comparatively laggard. In LuoDian County ,biology teaching doesn’t suit the development of local economy ,and the number of kinds of animal breeding and crop agriculture are very small, the scale of them are not large yet. To figure out the problems mentioned above, this thesis brought up some ideas to reform biology teaching of middle schools and usebilogic knowledge to develop economy in LuoDian County: invest more in education, enlarge the middle schools’ scale, increase the teacher’s number and improve their teaching level, reform the teaching stuff of biology science, enhance biology teaching research, launch the practi-ceafter school and society survey, inspire students’ interest in studding biology, bring up students to make them Innovative and have high basic essence.
