基于TMS320LF2407的高速测温仪的研制

【摘要】 本课题针对高能量密度加热过程中高速测温的需要进行专用测温仪的研制。该测温仪具有对高速加热或降温过程进行高速测量的功能,测量的温度值经过FFT滤波处理后送显示或打印。 本文首先介绍了测温仪器的发展现状,并结合广泛的市场调研论证了在我国用DSP芯片研制高速测温仪的必要性和可行性。接着在介绍了DSP芯片的发展与应用领域、DSP芯片的主要结构特点及分类的基础上,针对高速测温仪系统的特点进行DSP芯片的选型,并对所选芯片—TMS320LF2407的结构和特征进行了详细说明。然后详细说明了测温仪所要实现的功能,在测温仪所要实现的功能的基础上对测温仪各部分硬件进行了设计与优化。在硬件设计的基础上,利用代码调试器CCS2(Code Composer Studio Version 2.0)完成了各部分的软件设计。最后详细说明了系统的抗干扰设计,印刷电路板设计以及程序调试过程。 经过了硬件和软件调试,测温仪工作正常,实现了预期的高速测温的功能。
【Abstract】 This dissert aims at developing the high-speed temperature-measuring instrument for the application of high energy density heating. The instrument developed has the ability to fast measure a temperature that can be displayed or printed after being processed by the FFT algorithm.In Section I, this dissert firstly gives the introduction of the temperature- measuring instruments, and demonstrates the necessity and practicability of the development of the high-speed temperature measuring instruments based on the high technology of the DSP chip capable of processing data at high speed by the wide survey of the civil markets. Then on the basis of the introduction of the development and the features of the DSP chip, this paper discusses how to select the DSP type in my developed system. As a result, based on the good configuration and characters of the TMS320LF2407 DSP chip, it is selected as the DSP chip of our developed high-speed temperature-measuring instrument for fast processing the temperature data. In Section II, the functions of my developed instrument are explained in detail. Based on them, we optimally design all hard wares in my developed instrument system by their delicate selections. Accordingly, We design the software system for the hardware system using CCS2.0 (code composer studio version 2.0). Finally, in particular, this dissert explains the key techniques of our developed instrument system such as the designs for resistant interference and for printing circuit board.After the hardware and the software of it are carefully debugged and tested many times, my developed high-speed temperature-measuring instrument based on the DSP chip technology meets the request of measuring temperatures at a high speed and works well.
