幼儿园幼儿自主活动的引导问题及对策研究

【摘要】 承认幼儿自我能动性,尊重幼儿的人格和自主活动的权利,以及教师对幼儿学习活动的科学引导,这既是当代幼儿教育科学的核心理念,又是良好健康的幼儿自主活动开展的必要前提。基于这两方面,本研究根据当前幼儿教育理论研究的动向以及幼儿园活动课程改革的实际情况的反思,借助于自由教育理论、人本主义教学理论、主体性教学论、幼儿早期社会化理论以及开放教育理论,运用以调查为基础、文献法为主导的研究方法,对当前幼儿园幼儿自主活动的引导问题从理论和实践两个方面进行了初步探讨,发现并提出了八个主要方面的问题: 1.不善于观察、感受幼儿的心理体验; 2.室内活动过多; 3.直接控制方式较多,间接控制方式较少; 4.活动场地狭小,幼儿分散自由活动不便; 5.集体活动为主; 6.保护过多; 7.玩具材料、教具、图书等种类数量少; 8.教师对幼儿有好恶之分。 并对这些问题从教师个人的个性、特征;教学的客观、情境条件;教育、教学的思想、经验三个方面进行了分析。最后提出了加强幼儿自主活动引导的四点对策与建议:1.加强幼儿教师教育思想的管理;2.创设教育环境,改善活动条件;3.重视幼儿教师的专业发展,提高幼儿教师的专业化水平;4.重视幼儿教师个性品质的塑造。
【Abstract】 Acknowledging initiative of infant, respecting the personality and the right of the self-regulated activity of infant and the teacher’s scientific guides to the infant study activity, are not only the core principle of the contemporary infant educational science, but also the necessary premise to a good and healthy infant self-regulated activity. Based on these two aspects, according to current research trend of infant educational theory and reflection of the actual circumstance of activity course reform ,borrowing from liberal education theory, humanism teaching theory, subject in teaching theory, socialization theory of infant and opening educational theory, on the basis of investigation, taking document method as the dominant research methods, this study probes into leading problems of current infant self-regulated activity preliminarily ,and discovers and puts forward eight main aspects from theories and practice:1 .Not being good at observing and feeling the mental state of the infant experiences personally;2.Indoors activities are excessive;3.Direct control methods are more, indirectly control ways are less;4.Grounds are narrow and small, the infant are inconvenient about the free activity;5.Collective activity is main;6.Protection is excessive;7.Toy material, teaching aid, books...etc, category quantities are little;8.Teachers have likes and dislikes to infants.These problems are analyzed from three aspects: Teacher’s personal character and characteristics. The teaching objective and scenario terms. Educational and teaching thought, experience. And finally four enhancing infant self-regulated activity leading countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:1.Enhancing administration of the educating thought of the infant teachers; 2.EstabHshing the educating environment, improving the activity terms; 3.Valuing the infant teacher’s professional profession development, improving the infantteacher’s professional level; 4.Valuing molding the infant teachers’ character quality.
