解郁颗粒的制备工艺及质量标准研究

【摘要】 解郁颗粒是由柴胡、人参、黄芪和石菖蒲等中药制成的复方制剂，具有疏肝解郁、补气健脾、豁痰开窍之功效，主要用于治疗抑郁症。本课题以中医药理论为指导，对处方中的药物根据大量的文献资料、现代药理研究以及临床用药要求结合处方中药物成分的性质，采用正交设计筛选出最佳工艺，并制定质量标准，进行了初步稳定性试验。研究结果表明：该制剂工艺科学、合理、可行；质量标准可控；成品性质稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jieyu Granule is a preparation which consists of Radix Bupleuri,Radix Ginseng, Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Acori Graminei and other herbs.It possesses the function of smoothing liver,relieving depression,tonifying Qi,invigorating spleen,reducing phlegm and opening pores.And it is applied mainly to treat depression. With the guidance of the theories of TCM and on the basis of the study of the modern pharmacology on the herbs in plenty of literatures,the demand of clinical application and the properties of the effective components of the herbs,the orthogonal design was used for the selection of the optimal preparation process.The quality standard was set up,and the preliminary stability was done.The study shows that the preparation process was scientific,reasonable and practical;the quality standard was controlable;and the quality of the sample was steady as well.更多还原
