【摘要】 住宅是人类生存与发展最基本的生活资料之一，住宅产业是促进国民经济增长重要的支柱产业。随着国民经济发展和人口城市化进程加快，我国住宅建设持续空前发展，人们的居住条件逐步提高，对居住质量的要求也越来越高。国家通过住宅产业来扩大内需，激励经济的增长，在我国具有战略意义。而我国住宅产业作为当前经济发展的支柱产业，在国家取消了福利化分房、实行货币化政策以后，焕发了无限生机。为了加快改造传统的住宅产业，实现住宅建设的标准化、集约化，全面推行住宅产业化己成为解决住宅问题的有效途径。 钢结构住宅是符合我国推行住宅产业现代化建设的一种形式，有利于建筑行业科技进步、劳动生产率的提高、工程质量的改善和相关行业的带动发展。但钢结构住宅产业现代化又是一个涉及众多行业发展水平的庞大系统工程，是综合国力的体现。当前在政策、科研和市场等方面共同配合下，我国钢结构住宅将有一个较大的发展。 进入21世纪，我国住宅产业化进程将更加迅速，如何采用新技术、新材料，为居民提供安全舒适、经济合理、功能齐全的住宅，也就成为房地产业一项迫切的任务。钢结构住宅由于适宜工厂大批量生产，工业化、商品化程度高，可将设计、生产、施工、安装一体化，提高住宅产业化水平，故在住宅市场有着良好发展前景。 总的来说，钢结构住宅在我国还未得到推广应用，首先与我国建筑用钢量有关，虽然，这几年我国钢产量连年居世界首位，但钢结构建筑的发展却相对滞后；其次与我国普遍存在对钢结构建筑的认识不足、观念落后有关。而在发达国家，钢结构已是主导的建筑结构，广泛应用于高层超高层建筑、大跨大空间建筑、量大而面广的中小型工业、商业、社区等建筑，住宅中也已逐步得到推广应用。近年来，我国在工业厂房、大跨结构采用钢结构已较常见，而在住宅中却未能得到推广。本文分析了国内外钢结构体系及其住宅的特点、应用、困难和发展前景，论证了钢结构住宅相对于其它结构住宅的优势，推广钢结构住宅及其产业化的必要性，并就我国今后发展钢结构住宅建筑及其产业化将面临的任务和发展方向进行了阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Housing is one of the basic means of livelihood of human existence and development Housing industry is an important pillar industry of driving the national economic growth of different countries.. With the development of national economy and the acceleration of population’s moving into the cities, Chinese housing constructing develops with unprecedented speed, the living conditions of people improves step by step, and the demand of the quality of residence become higher. Our country extends domestic demand and stimulates economy by housing industry , which is of strategic significance .As a pillar industry of economy development ,China’s housing industry is blooming after the monetary policy instead of the welfare policy of housing In order to transform traditional housing industry and realize standardization and centralization of housing construction completely carrying out housing industrialization is the only effective approach to solve the housing problem.Steel housing is a form in accordance with housing industrialization carried out in our country, it benefits progressive science and technology in building industry ,a big rise in labor productivity, improvement in engineering quality and driving the development of industrial levels of development and it is an embodiment of comprehensive national production capacity At present ,with the common cooperation in policy scientific research and market ,there will be a greater advancement in our national steel housing .Entering the 21 century, the procession of China’s housing industrialization will become faster. It becomes a urgent mission of housing industrialization how to provide safe and comfortable > economic and acceptable , functional and complete housing to inhabitants with new technology and materials. Because steel housing is suitable to manufacture in large by industry and high industrialized and merchandized ,it can embody the design , production,construction and installment accordantly ,can improve the level of housing industrialization ,so it has perfect developing prospects in housing market.In short, steel housing hasn’t gotten spread and use First, it’s in relation to the steel production of our country . Although the steel production of our country is largest these years, the development of steel structure building lags behind; Second, it bears relation to the shortage of consciousness of steel structure building which is common in China; However, in developed countries , steel has been the main building structure and used in high and super-high building, spacious building, larger number and area industry of non big scale, commodities, community etc. Recently, we can always see the factory use the steel structure ,but steel structure is not spread in residential .The article analyzed the characterize, apply, difficulty and prospect, demonstrated the advantages of steel structure system and its housing compared with the other structure housings, the necessity of spread the steel structure housing and its industrialization, and elucidated the task and developing direction we will face when our country develops the steel structure building and its housing industrialization in the future.更多还原
