叠合式受弯构件正截面承载力的受力性能分析

【摘要】 混凝土叠合结构一般是指在预制的钢筋混凝土或预应力混凝土梁(板)上后浇混凝土所形成的一种预制与现浇工艺相结合的装配整体式结构。在工程实际应用中,特别是在楼盖结构上的应用较为广泛,且优点比较突出。这种结构整体性好,抗震性能优越(相对装配式结构而言),节省三材,施工方便且缩短工期(相对整浇结构而言)。 本论文主要针对叠合式受弯构件(梁)的极限状态受力性能进行了力学分析,在研究了叠合式受弯构件极限承载力状态的受力性能后,还讨论了一种新型的带槽预制构件叠合梁的设计计算方法。本文主要研究了以下几方面内容: 1)介绍了混凝土叠合结构的相关概念,综合评述了混凝土叠合结构在国内外的研究状况,指出混凝土叠合结构的研究发展趋势,制定了本课题的研究内容和技术路线; 2)首先介绍了混凝土的力学构成,并讨论了本文的混凝土力学与传统力学(材料力学、弹性力学和塑性力学)的区别,得出适用于混凝土受力性能分析的三个基本方程,并提出受力分析的方法。 3)用整浇构件受弯破坏全过程力学分析的结果与已有试验结果的对比,验证了混凝土力学三个基本方程的正确性,为叠合式受弯构件的受力性能分析提供了理论依据。 4)根据混凝土力学的三个基本方程,针对混凝土叠合式受弯构件承载力极限状态的受力性能进行分析,着重分析叠合式构件的极限承载力与叠合式构件的两个设计参数(α_M和α_h)之间的关系,并参照已有的试验结果对力学分析的结果进行了对比。最后,根据现行规范和本文力学分析的结果,对叠合式受弯构件的极限承载力计算方法提出了修改的建议。 5)针对武泰闸农副产品市场工程中使用的带槽预制构件叠合梁,根据前面提出的计算方法,总结了这类形式的叠合式受弯构件的设计计算原则以及计算方法。 6)最后,在总结本文所做工作的基础上,指出本文研究的不足之处和需要进一步研究的问题。

【Abstract】 The concrete superposed structure is a kind of structure shape, belonging to assembled monolithic concrete structure, which combines with cast-in-site concrete structure and prefabricated concrete structure. In practical application, it is often applied and extensively to floorslab structure in particular, and has prominent advantages as economizing materials, convenienting for construction, being in favor of resisting earthquake action, better monolithic property than assembled concrete structure.Study of utmost behavior and strength is the main of the bended concrete superposed member in the dissertation. And then, a new type of superposed beam ,with notch at each end of the prefabricated member, is studied in this dissertation. This paper includes the several contents as followed:1) Introducing concepts of concrete superposed structure, summarizing the study condition of it at home and abroad, pointing out the research trend, nailing down the main research contents and laying a course.2) The character of the concrete is introduced first. Differences between strength of concrete studying and strength of materiak elasticity or plasticity are distinguished. Basic equations and method of strength of concrete are also established.3) Comparing with the test result, the whole process result of flexural member to failure analyzing by strength of concrete is very close to it. The confirmation also provides foundation to study superposed structure flexual member.4) According to basic equations of strength of concrete, the study of concrete superposed flexural member at ultimate state emphasis on relationship between ultimate load and design parameters-am and ah.Contrast with the test results and principles in code GB50010-2002, proposal and design method have been tabled.5) A new type of superposed beam used in Wutaizha terminal market, with notch at each end of the prefabricated member, is analysed, and design method of it is also regard as the representative of the superposed beam with notchs.6) In the end, what has been done in this paper is summarized, and theproblems that need ulteriorly be studied are pointed out.
