【摘要】 通过对我国道路运输企业和第三方物流的全面了解和切身实践，着重研究了大型道路运输企业的经营管理，从理论上对第三方物流进行了新的探讨，对第三方物流在实践上进行了较为全面的总结，并就大型道路运输企业如何向第三方物流转型提出了一些创造性的建议和方法。 本文主要内容包括：道路运输发展概述，大型道路运输企业的经营管理模式、业务特点、主要业务流程、存在的问题，第三方物流的新探讨包括但不限于第三方物流和第二方物流的区别、第三方物流的定义、第三方物流的种类和特点，大型道路运输企业向第三方物流转型思路、方式、战略步骤和应注意的问题。 通过对大型道路运输企业和第三方物流的详细研究，在结合我国大型道路运输企业的实际状况提出了本文最核心的部分：大型道路运输企业如何向第三方物流转型。 在大量社会实践的基础上第一次对道路运输企业进行了较为全面的总结，对大型道路运输企业的界定、市场状况、运作模式、主要业务流程、信息系统建设和主要问题进行了总结和探讨。 通过目前对第三方物流概念的研究，发现了众多对第三方物流认识不深刻的缺陷，并从层次分析上和结合第三方物流的特点创新提出了第三方物流的概念，并对第三方物流的种类、性质、核心和特点进行了新的探讨。 根据大型道路运输企业面临的问题提出了大型道路运输企业向第三方物流转型的思路，并对如何实现转型提出了建设性的建议，而且一部分措施也通过影响某个企业的领导人开始了实施，此外，从理论的角度还探讨了转型的方式、步骤和应该注意的方面等。 另外，在社会实践的基础上积累了很多的运作资料，尤其是大型道路运输企业和目前较为规范的第三方物流企业的资料，这些对于深刻了解大型道路运输企业和我国第三方物流的现状有着很大的帮助，这也是本文能够在理论界第一次对道路运输企业和第三方物流进行较为全面总结和界定，创造性地进行第三方物流的探讨以及对大型道路运输企业向第三方物流转型提出创新建议的根本所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text presents the overall understanding to road cargo transport enterprise and third party logistics (TPL) of our country. Through the personal practice, it has studied the management and administration of the large-scale road cargo transport enterprise (LRCTE) emphatically, has carried on the new discussion to TPL theoretically and the comparatively overall summary to TPL in practice. It puts forward some creative suggestions and methods of how to make the transition of TPL on LRCTE.The main content of this text includes: summary of road cargo transport development, management mode, business characteristic, main business operation procedure, existing problem of LRCTE, the new discussion of TPL includes but not limited to the difference of TPL and the second party logistics, definition of TPL, the kind and characteristic of TPL, LRCTE makes the transition to TPL in the train of thought, ways, strategic step and question that should be paid attention to.Through the detail study, it presents the most central part of this text: How the LRCTE makes the transition to TPL. All of these are based on the real state of combining LRCTE and TPL of our country.This text has found the defects of the study on TPL concept numerously at present with the deeply consideration of TPL definition. From level analyses and combination of characteristic of TPL, it proposes new concept of TPL, and has carried on the new discussion to the kind, nature, core and characteristic of TPL.This text has carried on the comparatively overall summary to road cargo transport and LRCTE for the first time on the basis of the thing that a large amount of practice, including the definition of LRCTE, main problem of management characteristic, market situation, management mode, main business operation procedure, information system building.Through the study on TPL concept at present, the text knows the defect to TPL numerously. From level analyze and combining with characteristic of TPL, it gives new meaning of TPL. This definition innovates a phase to theory, andhas carried on the new discussion to the kind, nature, core and characteristic of TPL.Based on problem of LRCTE that is discovered, the text puts forward train of thought of how to make transition of TPL on LRCTE. It gives some suggestions how to realize making the transition and proposes to be constructive. Some measures, even through influencing the leader of a certain enterprise, has begun to implement. It also probed into way in terms of theory, step and respect that should be paid attention to when making the transition, etc.In addition, the text accumulates much operation materials through the foundation of large amount of practice. Materials of the logistics of especially LRCTE and comparatively standardizes data of TPL at present which has been collected, all of these help to deeply understand of the current situations of LRCTE, and TPL of our country. This is that the text can comparatively summarize and define in an all-round way the transport enterprise of the road and TPL in the first time of theory circle too. It carries on new discussion of TPL creatively, which offers the suggestion of innovating to LRCTE and TPL. All of these are based on the social work.更多还原
