基于微处理器的电磁成形机控制系统研究

【摘要】 本文涉及材料加工和控制工程两个主要领域,对低电压电磁成形机的研制,及基于现代控制理论与计算机技术的电磁成形机控制系统的研究进行了详细阐述。 主要内容有: 一.对低电压电磁成形机样机研制作了详细论述,在对设备充、放电过程进行理论分析,并设计出相应电路的基础上,开发出低电压电磁成形机样机。 二.在样机基础上,提出了基于微处理器的电磁成形机控制方案,设计了电磁成形机电容状态监测电路。 三.进行了系统的软硬件设计及调试。硬件设计主要包括装置选型、I/O地址的分配、外部输入电路设计、外部输出电路设计、通讯模块设计以及A/D模块和传感器的连接电路等。软件方面,在硬件设计的基础上编制出满足控制要求的程序,实现了监视状态下工作电压设定、电容状态自动监测等功能,系统可根据电容状态来判断工作是否正常。 四.利用MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System)组态实现了PLC和上位机的串口通信,在实现数据采集和处理功能的基础上,开发了低电压电磁成形机实时控制和监视系统,实现了电磁成形机面板开关、按钮控制与上位机“模拟开关”控制两种并行控制方法,系统可根据需要对加工参数进行保留和输出。

【Abstract】 This paper ,based upon two technical fields-material engineering and control engineering proceeds to study the development of Low-voltage Electromagnetic Forming Machine and its control system with using modern control theory and computer technology .The main contents are as follows :First,this thesis expatiates the research and development of Low-voltage Electromagnetic Forming Machine. The charging and discharging models have been presented and analyzed. And a model Low-voltage Electromagnetic Forming Machine has been completed.Second , the model machine’s control system with using modern control theory and computer technology has been presented. Moreover, the circuit monitoring capacitors have been worked out.Third , the system’s hardware and software have been designed and debugged . Hardware design includes equipment selection ,I/O address assigning ,exterior input circuit designing ,exterior output circuit designing , the joint circuit of sensor etc . Software design includes voltage setting ,capacitors monitoring .working status judging.Fourth ,the serial communication between PLC and Computer has been completed with using the software MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated system). How to collect and dispose data is stated simply . With this base above , the real-time control and monitoring system is developed .And the computer control and panel control based mornitoring are realized. With using this system ,the Electromagnetic Forming Machine’s operation parameters can be holded real-timely and output.
