基于现场总线的无功功率补偿系统的研究

【摘要】 针对目前国内低压设备用电负载功率因数偏低和国内外现场总线技术的应用现状,基于提高交流电机的功率因数、降低无功功率损耗和改善电能质量,本文综合运用现场总线技术、计算机技术和电力电子技术对交流电机无功功率补偿的有关方面进行了研究,其研究成果具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。 本文基于已建立的系统总体结构,分析了无功功率补偿的关键技术、补偿执行单元的接线方式和补偿电容器组的分组方式;依据无功功率补偿原理,构建了补偿电容器组投切控制装置的结构,并确定了补偿电容器组的投切控制方式;为了获取有效的控制参数,确定了利用三相电路瞬时无功功率理论对无功电流进行实时检测的方法;以LonWorks技术为基础,设计了智能节点的软、硬件结构,特别是对A/D采样以及利用网络变量进行数据通信等方面做了详细研究;最后,利用LonWorks开发工具对LonWorks网络节点进行了配置,并通过LNS DDE服务器,研究了上位机对LonWorks网络的监控以及对系统网络数据的检测方法。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the fact that power factor of low-voltage power equipment is very low in china and application condition of Fieldbus technology in the world, based on enhancing power factor of AC motor, lowering losses of the Reactive Power, improving power quality, therefore, it is of great significance and practical value to research the Reactive Power Compensation by applying the technology of Fieldbus, computer and power electronics.In the dissertation, the key technology of the Reactive Power Compensation, the fashion of Thyristor Connected Capacitor, the way grouped of Capacitors are analyzed based on the constructed general structure . On the foundation of the Reactive Power Compensation theory, the structure of Thyristor Switched Capacitor equipment is built and the fashion of Thyristor Switched Capacitor is established. In order to get effective control parameter, the real time detecting method for the Reactive Current is specified by using the instantaneous reactive power theory of three-phase circuit. On the basis of LonWorks technology , hardware and software structure of intelligent node is designed , A/D sampling and data traffic by applying network variables are researched in detail. Finally, the network node is configured by employing the Lon Works exploiting tools, monitor-control of host computer for Lonworks network and detecting method for network data are studied dependent on the LNS DDE server.
