番茄内源激素含量与其耐温度胁迫的关系

【摘要】 本实验选择由中国农业大学农学与生物技术学院蔬菜系经过多代自交育成的6-7个番茄品系,在35℃/25℃(d/n)、38℃/28℃(d/n)高温胁迫和12℃、8℃低温胁迫处理下,采用隶属函数法,通过综合评价筛选确定了128、122、125、126、131、137等6个品系的耐高温胁迫能力,128、125、122、133、137、131、126等7个品系的耐低温胁迫能力,并在此基础上对高温、低温胁迫下番茄内源ABA、GA3、IAA、Z+ZR的含量变化进行了分析,研究了番茄内源激素含量变化与其耐温度胁迫的关系。结果表明: (1)高温胁迫研究中采用38℃/28℃(d/n)处理番茄幼苗比较合理。此处理温度对番茄正常生长发育造成的影响在品系间存在显著差异。在对低温胁迫研究中,12℃处理造成番茄生理生化及生长变化在品种间存在显著差异,适合作为研究低温胁迫时采用的处理温度。 (2)相对于适温25℃/15℃(d/n)条件,高温胁迫下番茄内源ABA、GA3含量极显著增加,1AA、Z+ZR含量极显著降低。 (3)ABA在35℃/25℃(d/n)下的相对含量与其耐高温胁迫能力呈显著正相关(rABA=0.8319*),Z+ZR在38℃/28℃(d/n)处理下的绝对含量与其耐高温胁迫能力呈极显著负相关(rZR=-0.9213**),因此ABA在35℃/25℃(d/n)下的相对含量和Z+ZR在38℃/28℃(d/n)下的绝对含量可以作为番茄耐高温胁迫鉴定的指标之一。 (4)与适温条件下相比较,低温胁迫下番茄内源ABA、Z+ZR含量极显著增加,GA3含量极显著降低,IAA含量下降不显著。 (5)番茄内源ABA、GA3、IAA和Z+ZR含量与其耐低温胁迫能力无显著相关性,不能作为番茄耐低温胁迫的鉴定指标。 (6)筛选出同时具备良好的耐高温胁迫能力和良好的耐低温胁迫能力的番茄育种材料128号品系。

【Abstract】 This dissertation used 6-7 tomato lines from Agronomy and Biotechnology college of CAU, which have been fixed by selfing several generations. The high temperature stress tolerance of lines 128, 122, 125, 126, 131, 137 are evaluated by using the subject function values in 35℃/25℃(d/n) and 38℃/28 ℃(d/n), low temperature stress tolerance of lines 128 , 125, 122, 133, 137, 131, 126 in 12℃ and 8 ℃. Based on the result of the evaluation, the dissertation mainly studied the effect of temperature stress on tomato of the hormones content and their correlation. The main results are as follows:(1) It is good putting tomato plants in 38℃/28℃(d/n) when we study the changes the tomato materials make under heat temperature stress. At the same time, when we studied the cold resistance, 12 ℃will be a good condition to deal with the plants.(2) ABA and GA3 contents rise apparently in heat temperature comparatively to the CK temperature (25℃/15℃(d/n) ), IAA and Z+ZR level drop apparently in inverse.(3) The correlation between ABA relative content of tomato in 35℃/25℃(d/n) and the heat tolerance is significent, rABA=0-8319*; the correlation between Z+ZR content in 38℃/28℃(d/n) and it’s heat tolerance is quite significant, rZR=-0.9213**. The ABA relative content in 35℃/25℃(d/n) and the Z+ZR content in 38℃/28℃ (d/n) can be used to evaluate the heat tolerance of tomato.(4) ABA and Z+ZR contents rise apparently in cold temperature comparatively to the CK temperature, GA3 drop apparently, and IAA dosen’t drop apparently.(5) There is no significent correlation between tomato hormones contents and the cold temperature stress tolerance. The contents of tomato hormones can’t be used to evaluat the cold tolerance.(6) Get one material (128) having good tolerance both to high temperature and low temperature.
