应用海藻提取物ECLean治理富营养化水体的初步研究

【摘要】 本论文针对我国亟待解决的地表水体富营养化问题,利用引进的生物制剂——海藻提取物EClean及综合措施处理不同类型富营养水体,探讨EClean治理我国富营养水体的效果与机理,并摸索其适宜使用方法,为今后Eclean生物技术在我国自然水体治理领域中的推广和应用提供科学依据,为我国水体富营养化问题的解决提供一种新的技术方法和思路。 1.室内试验表明,海藻提取物EClean可使水体的总氮、总磷、化学需氧量、浊度降低,藻类细胞浓度显著下降,各项水质指标转化前期快于后期,尤其是前10天变化明显。对于北京动物园这种V类富营养化水体,以Eclean为100mg/L浓度较为适合。 2.采用海藻提取物EClean及综合措施对北京动物园猩猩馆水域进行了两年室外现场处理,结果表明:处理区与对照区相比水体的浊度和总悬浮物下降,水体的总氮、总磷和化学需氧量显著降低,藻类细胞密度减少;各项指标均反映出处理区水质好于动物园其它水域,处理水体的营养状态指数低于动物园内大多数水域的营养状态指数。 3.应用海藻提取物EClean及配套措施对锦绣大地高密度温室鱼塘水体进行处理,试验结果显示该技术能够改善养殖水体水质,改变鱼池浮游植物的优势种类,抑制蓝藻生长,减缓此类水体富营养化的进程,削减有害藻类对鱼类的不利影响,直接或间接的促进了鱼的正常生长发育。 4.经过海藻提取物EClean处理的水体,水中的氨化细菌、硝化细菌、亚硝化细菌的数量比对照明显增多,而且在曝气条件下促进了一定数量的反硝化细菌的生长,从而促进氮素循环和水中氮的释放,从机理上揭示了氮素降低的原因。 5.EClean对不同藻类的抑制性试验表明,EClean对蓝藻门的水华鱼腥藻(Anabaenaflos-aquae)、小颤藻(Oscillatoria tenuis)和绿藻门的小球藻(chlorella vulgaris)有明显的抑制作用,对绿藻门的斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)和裸藻门的血红裸藻(Euglena sanguinea)的生长有一定的促进作用,显示出EClean对蓝藻性水华的治理具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The effect of the seaweed extract Eclean was studied in treating eutrophicated water. The purpose of the experiments is to find a way in dealing with the water eutrophication in China.1. Indoor experiment of treating eutriphcated water with seaweed extract Eclean shows that the TN, TP & NTU were reduced and algae density was descended markedly than the control. Water quality changed apparently in the early days, especially in the early lOdays. The proper concentration of EClean application should be 100mg/L for the V class eutrophication water like the water in Beijing zoo.2. The experiment in treating the eutrophicated water in Beijing Zoo with seaweed extract EClean and combined measures shows that, the water quality in treated area was improved evidently than the control, including Turbidity, TN, TP, COD, and density of algae.3. The experiment in the eutrophicated fishpond in Jinxiudadi proved that the seaweed extract Eclean enhanced the capability of water self-purifying, improved water quality and restrained the growth of blue algae. It also made the fish more active in feeding compared with the fish in control pond.4. The number of ammonifying bacteria, nitrosobacteria, and nitrobacteria got increased in the water treated with seaweed extract. There was also an increasing trend in the number of denitrifying bacteria in aerated-treatment water. This showed that the seaweed extract Eclean could accelerate nitrogen cycle and the release of nitrogen from water, which may be a reason for the lowering of nitrogen in water.5. The experiments also showed that Eclean restrained the growth of some blue algae such as anabaena flos-aquae and Oscillatoria tennis and some green algae such as chlorella. vulgaris. This shows that the seaweed extract Eclean is very important and very useful in controlling the blue algae water bloom.
