【摘要】 笔者的研究的目的是探索MRPⅡ与JIT的最佳结合方式，研究适合我国国情的先进生产管理系统。为此，笔者在跟踪国内、外研究进展的基础上对MRP和JIT产生背景、运用准则、管理手段、要素构成与控制方式、系统运行参数等进行了详细论述与比较，分析出两种管理方式的优缺点，不但为两者结合的研究提供了理论依据与要点，同时也澄清了两种生产方式的一些基本概念，使我们能够较好地掌握两种生产方式，方便企业对两种生产方式的应用。然后笔者在汪教授理论研究成果的基础上，研究了瓶颈工序的算法，给出了在制品存储量的计算方法，从而解决了MRP与JIT在企业实际中综合应用的关键问题。笔者在第四章中详细分析了企业实际应用中MRP与JIT混合控制系统的关键要素：生产计划、生产控制、采购管理、库存管理，并详细讨论了其中的参数设置与调整问题。在第五章中，笔者总结分析了我国制造业生产管理上的问题，根据我国制造业具体情况指出，MRPⅡ与JIT结合是我国引进先进生产管理方式的必由之路。继而对我国制造业应用MRPⅡ与JIT的问题分别进行了讨论。最后，以我国某制造型企业为背景进行了实证研究，详细论述了MRPⅡ与JIT混合控制方式的实施步骤与要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of the research is to probing the optimum means of combining MRPⅡ with JIT，and to study the advanced Manufacture Management System, which is fit for the condition of our country. For this reason, the writer summarizes and analysis the backdrops to MRP and JIT、 the rules of application、the means of administration、the key elements and the modes of control、the parameters of system operation, and so on , base on the tracks of study progress inward and outward. Then the writer analyses the advantages and the defects of the two management fashions, which not only supplies the theory foundation and the essentials for the research, but also clarifies some basics concept of the two kinds of production modes，and which makes us master the two kinds of production modes better，and benefits the business to apply the two kinds of modes of production.Afterwards, the writer studies the algorithm of the bottleneck working procedure base on professor Wang’s theory research fruit，gives out the computational method of storage of works in production，which resolves the key issue that MRP and JIT are applied in the business practice. In the 4th chapter, the writer analyses the key elements detailed: manufacturing planning、manufacturing control、purchasing management、inventory management，which is applied in the composite control system of JIT and MRP, and discusses the problem of modifying and setting-up the parameters. In the 5th chapter, the writer sums up and analyses the problem of manufacturing industry in our country and, according to the concrete situation, points out the combining MRPII with JIT is the only way by which our country introducing the well-developed production means base on our country manufacturing industry. And then, the writer discusses the problem of applying MRPII and JIT in our country. Finally, the writer gives the demonstrated research on the backdrop of our country, which expounds the implementation step together with essentials in Manufacture Management System MRPII and JIT.更多还原
