可持续性服装CAD平台开发与研究

【摘要】 服装CAD(Computer Aided Design计算机辅助设计)是计算机实现产品设计和工程设计的一项计算机高新技术。CAD技术的推广与应用对于加速服装产业的技术改造具有重要的经济意义和战略意义。本论文就是为加快服装CAD发展的步伐,使CAD更能适应服装业迅速发展的形势,从而以面向对象的思想提出“可持续性服装CAD平台”(Continuous Garment CAD Platform,简称CGCP)的开发与研究。 可持续性服装CAD平台的开发是建立在基于约束的参数化设计的理论基础之上的,在服装纸样设计过程中建立尺寸约束,实现参数驱动,并提出一系列求解约束的数学模型,以此建立完善的方法库。参数化设计是基于型体特征的设计,它通过强大的参数特征关系数据库,将型体特征和纸样特征建立关联关系,从而保证了整个设计过程中型体与纸样设计的一致性。 可持续性服装CAD提出了以专家系统为核心,以服装纸样设计为主体的平台概念。其智能化纸样的自动设计是运用人工智能的推理技术,首先从大量的服装款式中总结出其结构变化的基本规律建立完善的知识库,再将服装结构设计规则及采寸之间的各种关联关系按照某种形式表示为专家知识和推理机制,从而设计出服装纸样。课题研究内容包括:以男装西服上装款式为例,总结其款式及纸样变化规律,确定男装西服上装的打板规则,完成服装纸样设计的知识获取。并利用正向推理机制实现从款式描述到服装纸样自动生成的过程。CGCP中除了具有知识库和推理机制外,还提供了知识获取的自学习功能。它创造性地将条形码技术运用到服装纸样设计中,使得用户不仅可以用系统规则生成纸样,也可以在平台中制定自己的打板规则,并扩充到系统的规则库中,为纸样设计的操作提供了更加灵活有效的途径。 可持续性服装CAD平台的开发研究改变了传统的服装纸样设计理念与设计手段,它将先进的CAD技术与我国服装产业的专业技术工作结合起来,极大提高了软件持续发展与智能化的程度。实践证明它有利于提高服装纸样CAD软件的专业化水平,开创了适合于我国国情的专业化推广与应用的新途径。

【Abstract】 Garment CAD (Computer Aided Design) is an advanced computer technology to realize the design of product and engineering. The popularization and applying of CAD technology has an importance economic and strategic meaning for the acceleration of traditional industry. To accelerate the process of garment CAD and make it adapt to the situation of clothing industry’s rapid development, this subject put forward the development and researching of CGCP(Continuous Garment CAD Platform)by the theory of object oriented.The development of CGCP is based on the theory of constraint-based parametric design. It sets up the all-dimension constraint to achieve parametric driven and provides a series of mathematics models to resolve constraint and establish the method base. Parametric design is also based on figure-feature. Owning to making the relationship of feature between figure and pattern by a powerful database of parametric characteristic, it ensures the continuity of figure and pattern during the all design process.CGCP is a platform for clothing pattern design and its nuclear is E.S. (expert system). The auto design of pattern utilizes the inference technology in the field of A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) To sum up the change rule from a large number of styles and set up the perfect knowledge base. Then express the relationship between the rule and dimension of the clothing structure design to the expert knowledge and inference mechanism. The research includes: at first, with the example of men-suit, sum up the change rule of its style and pattern, determine the pattern design rule, finish the knowledge acquisition of pattern design. After that, finish the knowledge representation and the discernment from style describe to pattern by reasoning. CGCP not only has knowledge base and inference mechanism, but provides the function of knowledge expanding and learning. It creatively applies the barcode technology to clothing pattern design and makes the user not only get the pattern from system rules, but draft his own rules and add to system’s rule base. It offers a more flexible and effective way to operate pattern design.The development and researching of CGCP changes the traditional theoryand method of clothing pattern design. It combines the advanced CAD technology to clothing industry’s professional skill, so it largely enhances the software’s continuous property and intelligent degree. It has been proved that it is helpful to improve the special level of garment pattern CAD and it created a new way to popularize and apply, which adapts to the condition of our country.
