复合管材生产过程计算机控制系统

【摘要】 本课题是来自河北省三维公司的横向课题项目,题目为复合管材生产过程计算机控制系统。本系统主要是由工控机(IPC)、智能调节器(IR)、可编程控制器(PLC)、变频器、交流电动机等组成的。目前复合管材的生产属于高新技术产业,在我国没有成熟的技术和控制策略。而为了保证复合管材的质量,就对控制提出了很高的要求,也就是说需要有良好的控制技术作为保证。而模糊控制是一种拟人的方法,它是一种反应人类思维的智能控制,但作为智能控制的一种,其实质是对人脑的模拟,很大程度上与人的经验有关,也有它的不足之处。将其与发展很成熟的传统PID控制相结合,发挥各自的优势,取长补短,将会起到很好的效果。 针对热风箱温度滞后的控制和卷绕过程中的非线性控制,本文提出了自调整因子模糊—PID复合控制器和PID参数自调整模糊控制器。首先,结合实际进行了MATLAB的仿真研究,效果很好。然后,通过DELPHI语言提供的ActiveX控件技术将该算法实现,并制成ActiveX控件。最后,将生成的ActiveX控件嵌入到Kingview监控软件中,从而实现对被控对象的控制。实验曲线表明,本文提出的两种控制具有较好控制效果和品质。 目前,该控制系统已在河北省三维公司投入使用,运行状态良好,达到了预期的效果。
【Abstract】 The study is a horizontal subject from Sanwei Company of Hebei Province, the title is the computer control system of compound pipes industrial process. It mainly is insist of IPC(industry process computer), intelligent regulator(IR),programmable logic controller(PLC), frequency-converter and alternating current motor. Now compound pipes industry belongs to high and new technology industry, there is not sophisticated technology and control strategy. But in order to guarantee production quality, better requirement on control is questioned. So in order to satisfaction of needs of production quality, this demands best control technology. Fuzzy control is a kind of method of personification, it is one of intelligent control showing thought of human beings, and people needn’t know its accurate mathematical module. Because of intelligent control, its body is to simulate thoughts of human beings, and there is its shortage. Combine it to traditional PID controller will acquire better control result.The paper presents Self-regulation factor Fuzzy-PID controller and PID self-regulation fuzzy controller in order to control temperature lagging object and nonlinear object in taking-up device. First, we proceed MATLAB simulate study. Secondly, we use ActiveX controller supported by DELPHI language to realize them. In the end, we built the ActiveX controller in Kingview software, realizing control the controlled object, the result show the two control algorithms respond well.Now, the control system is used in Sanwei Company of Hebei Province, respond well, and require expected result.
