【摘要】 病房作为医疗建筑的重要组成部分，是病患者在医院中使用时间最长的空间。病房建筑设计的质量，将直接影响医生护士的医疗和看护效率以及病人的治疗、康复的进程。当今世界各国社会经济不断发展，科学技术包括医学科学飞速进步，人民群众生活质量逐步改善。随着人类对生命与健康愈加全面的认识，进一步激发了大众对医疗保健的需求。近十年来，科学技术包括医学、医疗技术、诊断治疗设备日新月异的发展，各类学科相互渗透、相互促进。它们不同程度地影响了医疗机构的设置，推动医疗服务模式的演变。与此同时，人口的持续增长与老龄化以及疾病谱的变化，进一步增加了国民经济对医疗卫生投入的需要。为了使医院病房设计能更好地适应上述这些因素的变化，从而更好地为患者服务，就需要我们更新设计观念，改进设计方法。本论文就是在这样的背景下展开，通过对上述这些因素的考察，分析当代医院病房设计的新要求、新趋势，并结合工程实例，探讨了在新要求、新趋势影响下的当代医院病房的设计观念和方法，作为设计实践的理论指导,创造更适合我国国情的、满足我国医疗事业发展需要的医疗建筑。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the most important parts of a modern hospital,sickroom is the place where patients will occupy for the longestperiod. Therefore, the design quality of sickrooms will exertcritical influence on the efficiency of the medical and nursingwork of doctors and nurses for patients. With the rapid development in economy and science, technology,people’s living condition is endlessly improved. In pastdecades, especially in recent ten years, medicine, medicaltechnology, medical equipments have been developed greatly. In order to make the design of sickroom in hospitals canfit for contemporary social conditions and meet people’srequirements, we should renew our concepts and design methodsfor hospitals. This paper researches into the factors mentionedabove, then analyses the new demands, new trends ofcontemporary hospital design together with some practices.This research is expected to present some new concepts and newmethods as theoretical directions for later design practiceswhich aims to create new hospitals that can promote thedevelopment of China’s medical care.更多还原
