【摘要】 可持续发展已经成为当今人类对未来发展模式的共识。生态居住社区的建设因其对整个社会可持续发展所具有的重大意义而越来越受到关注。本文及时的把握了这一动态，从可持续发展的角度研究生态住区的设计，针对当前对生态住区研究的现状与实践，实态调查了天津梅江生态居住区、北京市北潞春绿色生态居住小区，通过对调查结果的总结与分析，对生态住区设计的一些方面进行了再认识与思考，试图探讨适合中国国情的生态住区的发展之路。论文首先关注了生态住区的产生、设计理念及国内外的研究状况；接着走进生态住区，根据对天津梅江生态居住区、北京市北潞春绿色生态居住小区的调查情况,对其先进设计方法与理念及存在的问题作以总结、分析与研究，提出值得推广的生态设计理念和使用中存在的问题，以用来指导实践；然后指出当前生态住区建设的误区，对适用技术在生态住区的运用、适应性在生态住区的体现、生态住区的绿化、道路、公建的设计等方面进行思考与探讨；最后展望了生态住区，论述了生态住区发展的宏观背景，预测了生态住区的发展方向及建筑师所应承担的责任与应做的准备。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sustainable concept has gradually been accepted all over the world withrespect to almost all aspects of human development. The ecological residence hasbeen attracted because it is very important for the sustainable development of thesociety. This dissertation grasps the trend in time. From the viewpoint of sustainabledevelopment, this dissertation is intended as a general exploration for the ecologicalresidence. In the light of the present situation and practice of the ecological residence’study, the author investigated Tinjin Meijiang ecological residence and BeijingBeiluchun green residence on the spot and summed up and studied the result of theinvestigation. This dissertation studys some aspects of design on the ecologicalresidence in order to intent to study the development trend of ecological residence inaccordance to the current community construction in China. This dissertation first focuses on the production, the design ideas and the study ofhome and abroad related to the ecological residence. Secondly, it brings readers to gointo the ecological residence. According to the on-the-spot conditions investigation ofTinjin Meijiang ecological residence and Beijing Beiluchun green residence, it sumsup and studies the advanced ideas which is valuable to popularize and the problemswhile using in order to guide our practice in future. The thesis then points out the errorideas related to the ecological residence’s construction. It also considers and studiesthe appliance of appropriate technology, the reflection of adaptable design, theafforestation design, the road design, the public buildings design in ecologicalresidence. In the end, the thesis prospects the ecological residence. It analyses thewhole background of the ecological residence’s development, and predicts the trendof the ecological residence’s development and the responsibility which the architectshould undertake.更多还原
