XL纯电动轿车动力总成控制策略研究及软件开发

【摘要】 摘 要整车综合管理和驱动控制策略,对纯电动轿车的能量利用率、安全性和可靠性起着决定性作用。本文工作是国家十五“863”课题“XL 纯电动轿车动力总成控制系统”中的一部分,开展本课题的研究,对于提高我国电动汽车的电控技术水平,缩短与发达国家的差距具有重要意义。本文利用 Advisor 的内置模块,采用 MATLAB/Simulink 软件,建立了 XL纯电动轿车的整车动力学仿真模型,包括整车模型、电机模型、电池模型等,对驱动控制策略进行了仿真研究。本文提出了 XL 纯电动轿车主要运行模式,包括启动、停车、预运行、运行、故障保护及 LOS 模式等。在各个运行模式下,通过软件的状态标志设定安全有效的切换工况模式。在运行模式,通过对踏板曲线的处理,优化汽车的驾驶感觉和加速性能。在能量管理上采用了功率保护措施,以防止电池突然切断停车。对异常情况设计了处理程序,并通过闪码形式在仪表上显示出来。在制动能量回馈策略上参考国外的设计原则结合本车的硬件的特点,提出了一套简便策略即“有限的多过程制动能量回馈”。台架试验和道路试验表明,研发的纯电动轿车运行状态良好。一次充电续驶里程可达 253 公里,0~100Km/h 加速时间 21S,最高车速 123Km/h,并初步实现了制动能量的回馈,满足了“863”合同要求。
【Abstract】 The energy management and driving control strategy of electric automobile arevery important, because they decide the automobile’s energy efficiency, safety andreliability. This paper’s work is supported by the national “863” project, developmentof power train control system of XL pure electric automobile. The paper provides an overview of Advanced Vehicle Simulator including itsfunction, construction and simulation methods. Based on the Advisor model, somemodels including the vehicle, the motor, the battery, and the transformation modelsare set up. The acceleration and power abilities have been simulated. A detail investigation on control strategy and software are accomplished in thispaper. All operating modes, such as starting, stop, pre-charge, running, faultprotection, LOS mode, etc, are controlled by a special strategy. Through a softwareflag, all running mode can be changed from one to another in all automobile runningconditions. A protection method is used to avoid the shut down. The automobileacceleration ability and driving feeling are improved by optimization of accelerationpedal input curve, the power protection strategy are used in the energy management,and default cases can be processed and error code is shined in an instrument panel. Anew regenerative braking control strategy is presented. The results of road test show that the whole system is successfully.
